Sebastian sometimes passes out from fatigue. Before his mutation, Sebastian's height was 5 feet 10 inches, or 1 meter 77 centimeters. Sebastian would have had blue eyes.[40]
In human form, Sebastian had a large scar on his face. After his mutation, it disappeared.

Sebastian is sarcastic, unpredictable, and sometimes cruel. He hates Urbanshade for their experiments on him, and actively seeks to harm the company. He also often taunts players with his death quotes, indicating his indifference to the prisoners he encounters. However, he kindly welcomes prisoners into his shop and treats them with respect, but he can become irritated or aggressive if provoked. Sebastian treats those who help him well, as demonstrated in his various interactions. He doesn't consider prisoners sent by Urbanshade his enemies and is willing to extend them an extra helping hand in exchange for equal assistance from players.
