Mr. Rah PPF

Appearance
He is an android. He has a slender and tall figure, long dark legs, and dark skintone. With ears similar to a rabbit's, He has speakers in his ears that allow him to hear and reproduce any sound he wants.
He has a rabbit-like tail at the end of his back, but this object has the pattern of an average microphone, in principle this object does not interfere with him in everyday life.
Instead of his left eye he has a volume icon that allows him to change his tempo and volume, but he doesn't do that because he's comfortable with his usual voice timbre. His right eye, or rather the iris, looks like an infinity symbol (only upside down, like an 8).
He wears a purple turtleneck(on the turtleneck has a drawn light red tie that is not attached to anything), and over which he wears a sky-blue medical gown. Around his waist is a black belt without a buckle. Around him right arm is a black band with the "PPF" emblem. On his legs are drawn red stripes starting from the hip all the way down his leg. He has no feet.
On his gown there are two pockets with red up stripes to keep various office supplies, like pencils or pens. His gown reveals one leg, his gown is connected by a small piece, similar in color to his gown.

Personality
Despite his outwardly friendly appearance, Mr. Rah has been described by ENI in the general chat of The Enigmaverse Discord server to be a rather rude and dishonest being, always talking behind co-workers' backs and spreading rumors. As ENI mentioned in the server, he's gone so far as to make fun of Mr. Barrel for being an orphan, along with ENI describing that Mr. Hotchkiss once almost got fired because he beat Mr. Rah to near pulp, but Mr. Shapley managed to find a way to save Mr. Hotchkiss from getting removed from the staff team. Along with this; he appears to have some underlining themes of depression or some other mood disorder, though he appears to mask it pretty well when at work. Moreover, Mr Rah seems to have some sort of addiction to smoking, as displayed in several artworks.

Trivia
He's supposedly an android, although the artwork depicting him as a fetus shows that he may not be due to being entirely fleshy while still pertaining his robotic aspects.
He likely has an addiction to smoking.
His name is probably derived from the Eye of Ra/Rah meme and/or symbol, or possibly from the RAAAAHHH memes that tend to be very loud and could lead to a smart name choice for a very loud rabbit.
