At night, the forest becomes more dangerous: you need to stay by the fire to protect yourself from the main antagonist—a mutated deer. As long as the fire burns, you have a chance to survive; if the fire goes out at night, the monster will attack.

•Opportunities during the day.
On certain days, merchants such as the Hide Trader, Forest Fairy, and Traveling Furniture Merchant appear on the map. Threats are also significantly reduced during the day; for example, deer don't roam. Wolves also become easier to kill.

•Dangers at night.
At night, a deer appears first. It stalks and attempts to kill the player. Alpha wolves spawn near the player, one at a time and periodically if they are outside the campfire zone. Also, all merchants leave at night, returning only after daybreak.

•Crafting. Collected resources can be processed (for example, in a grinder), and then created on a workbench into weapons, tools, and other items. More than 30 recipes are available.

•Saving children.
Four children are hidden in caves in the forest. To rescue each one, you must defeat the monsters guarding them (Alpha Wolves, Bears). Rescuing them will reward you with extra days and currency (Diamonds).

Chunks are revealed along with the fire level, moving from rabbits and wolves to alpha wolves and bears.

•Hunger mechanics.
The game features a hunger mechanic: an orange hunger bar appears on the left side of the screen. It slowly decreases as you run, jump, and perform other active movements. If your hunger reaches 0, you will gradually begin to die.

•Bonfire Mechanics.
The campfire has six levels, which are unlocked in sequence. Level one is the most basic campfire and depletes slightly faster than normal. To advance to level two, you need to stoke it more vigorously using wood, coal, fuel, or oil. The higher the level, the slower the fire grows. At level six, the campfire lights easily and quickly, and burns very brightly, covering a huge area of ​​forest. The map itself also expands along with the campfire, becoming larger and larger.

•Improving items.
There's a merchant called the "Hide Trader." For the hides of various animals, he offers the player a choice of three weak items: a good axe, a good sack, or an old flashlight. The more elite the hide, the more useful and powerful the items the merchant offers. For example, for a bear hide, he offers a choice of an iron breastplate, a powerful axe (cuts down in one hit), a giant sack (holds 25 items), or a rifle.

From the very beginning, the player starts with practically nothing: only an old axe and a small sack. The campfire doesn't light at all, the map is very small, and only rabbits run around. You need to light a fire to the first level to expand the map. Gather wood to craft a paper map. It will be very useful later. Gradually craft all the beds so that the days multiply and you can reach day 99 as quickly as possible (beds multiply days by 5 or more). And so on, towards success.
