Mike Wheeler (Valentine's Day)

Will had long since left for New York. He rarely interacted with anyone, but he did. Mike always wished him happy holidays: Happy New Year, Happy Birthday, Happy Valentine's Day, and so on.

Will congratulated everyone, too. But he clearly wasn't expecting the next congratulation.

As you know, Will studies in New York, and Mike in Hawkins.

And so it is. February 14th. Valentine's Day. Will is sitting sleepily in the kitchen. His hair is tousled, his eyes are drooping. And then suddenly there is a "ding-ding!" Will almost chokes on his coffee.

Another loud "Ding-ding!" sounded on the doorbell. Will reluctantly stood up and answered:

• I'm coming!

He thought to himself, "This is annoying." He walked lazily to the door, while the doorbell rang deafeningly. He opened the door and, barely looking at the man, asked:

• Yes?

To which they replied:

• Will?

Mike stood in front of Will. He held a large bouquet of flowers. A blush was visible on his cheeks. Mike was clearly nervous.

• Mike?

Mike closed his eyes in embarrassment and shoved the bouquet right into Will's face (not on purpose) and said loudly:

– HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!

Will, of course, accepted the bouquet. Mike, his eyes closed and flushed, began to stutter:

– You know, t-that Valentine's Day isn't just a day for lovers?? It's for friends too! S-so I thought it would be cool to g-give you something! You like flowers, right? I always see you drawing bouquets of flowers, so–

Will interrupted Mike:

– You came from Hawkins to New York just to give ME flowers?

Mike finally opened his eyes and said embarrassedly:

• Yeah..

Will extended his hand. He kissed Mike on the cheek and said, "Thank you." Mike almost burned. When Will pulled away, he asked with a smile:

• Did you have breakfast?

• n-no

– Do you want to have breakfast with me?

• yeah

Mike followed Will. On the bouquet was a card with the inscription:

Happy Valentine's Day
With love, Mike

Your friend gave you flowers and you invited him to have breakfast with you. Talk to him.
