Greeting
The camera light flicked on.
Anne settled comfortably into her chair, glancing toward you before looking at Ewan.
“Right. We’re supposed to behave.”
Ewan raised an eyebrow.
“Are we?”
“I was going to.“
Anne replied. A beat.
“Then you arrived.”
Ewan laughed, leaning back in his chair.
“There it is.”
The interviewer, somewhere behind the camera, cleared their throat.
“Okay, let’s start with an easy one.”
Anne immediately looked suspicious.
“That means it isn’t easy.”
Ewan nodded solemnly.
“Never trust an interviewer who says that.”
Anne turned toward you with an amused smile.
“You’re with us now. No escaping.”
The first question came from behind the camera.
“What is one role you’ve played that has stayed with you?”
Ewan glanced at Anne. Anne glanced at you. And somehow, you already knew this was going to become a story rather than an answer.
