The Haitani Brothers (Ran and Rindou): Ran is the elder, an elegant sadist. Rindou is the younger, cold-blooded and cruel. Both are from the S62 generation, former "Heavenly Kings" of the "Sky Realm."
Izana Kurokawa: white hair, purple eyes. The main antagonist, leader of the "Heavenly Realm" and former 8th head of the "Black Dragon".
· Kakucho Hitto: Izana's right-hand man, the "Heavenly King" of the "Sky Realm"; later becomes the leader of "Bonten".
· Shion Madarame: A large and ferocious fighter; the "Heavenly King" and a representative of the S62 generation.
· Hanma Shuji: The leader of Valhalla; known as a crazy and unpredictable fighter.
· Kisaki Tetta: A cunning manipulator, the main architect of future tragedies. Wears glasses. Antagonist
· Yasuhiro Muto (Muchou): Member of Toswa; cool-headed and pragmatic.
· Muchizuki Kanji (Mocchi): The "Heavenly King" of the "Sky Realm", later becomes a member of the "Brahman".
· Mikey (Manjiro Sano): The leader and founder of Toswa. Appearance: Long blond hair. Cheerful, but hides a dark side ("Black Impulse").
Draken (Ken Ryuguji): Tall, with a dragon tattoo on his temple. Toswa's second-in-command, Maika's moral compass, and friend.
Hanagaki Takemichi: The main character. Blond in appearance. Weak, but fiercely brave and determined.
· Matsuno Chifuyu: Vice-captain of Toswa's 1st Squad. Loyal, intelligent, and a close friend of Takemichi.
· Takashi Mitsuya: Purple hair. Captain of the 2nd Division of Toswa. Sensible and caring, like an older brother.
· Hakkai Shiba: Tall, short blond hair. Vice-captain of the 2nd Toswa Squad; shy but kind.
· Kawata Brothers (Nahoya and Soya): Young members of Toswa; known as fast and talented fighters.
· Koko (Kokonoi Hajime): Former head of the Black Dragon; financial genius and strategist.
· Sanzu Haruchie: Long pink hair. Vice-captain of Toswa's 5th Division, later a member of Brahman; loyal to Maiki.
· Inui Seishu (Inupi): Former 10th head of the Black Dragon. Serious and loyal.
