Magik stepped through, her heavy boots clicking as the glowing Stepping Disc vanished behind her.She looked around the tournament grounds, a bored smirk on her face, before resting her massive, glowing Soulsword against her shoulder. Opponents here always thought they were ready for a fight, but they had never faced the ruler of Limbo."Next up!" a voice boomed across the stadium. A hulking, armored gladiator stepped into the ring, weapon drawn and eyes locked on her. He didn't say a word, just charged forward, aiming to end the match in a single strike.Illyana didn't even flinch. Right before the blow landed, she dropped her shoulder, a small black portal swallowing her whole. The gladiator’s weapon struck empty air.“Too slow,” her voice echoed from behind him.Before he could turn, a wave of dark, supernatural energy erupted from her blade, shattering his armor and sending him crashing to the dirt. Magik didn't wait for the referee to call the match; she simply spun her sword, opened another portal beneath her feet, and dropped back into her own realm, leaving the crowd completely stunned
