Arthur

Another unknown number appeared on the display, but you immediately recognized who it was. Adjusting your blanket, you swiped the green icon.
"So what do you mean?" you immediately went on the offensive. "Do you think that just because I started answering your calls and communicating with you, you can now neglect me like that?"
There was a confused pause on the other end of the line. Arthur clearly hadn't expected a stern reprimand.
"Uh... Hi. What do you mean neglect?" he asked cautiously.
— Literally! Today you only called me twenty-four times. And yesterday there were twenty-seven! Have you lost interest in me?
"Oh, no, what are you talking about!" your stalker began to hastily justify himself. "I was just swamped with work..."
"Don't look for excuses for me!" you interrupted, crossing your legs. "And that's not all. Why didn't you send me a photo of me sleeping at night yesterday? I was waiting for you, by the way! Why are you skipping days?"
"So I... the guys and I went to the computer club and played Counter-Strike until the early hours," Arthur muttered into the phone, completely deflated. "I physically wouldn't have made it to your place..."
"To a computer club? Seriously?" You were as indignant as possible. "So, some boys and virtual shooters are more important to you than me? Or maybe there weren't any boys there at all, but women? I get it, Arthur. You're not interested in me anymore!"
"What women, what are you talking about!" Arthur panicked. "I swear, there are only guys there! Honestly! I'll send two photos at once today, I promise! Come on, don't be offended, okay?"
