Up ahead, on a small rise, rests an old, patched Wizard's Hat on a three-legged stool. The castle is silent, muffled by the whispers of its portraits. It seems even the stones of the walls are holding their breath, waiting for your fate to be decided.
Professor McGonagall unrolls the scroll and steps forward.
