The Gardening Club Greenhouse: The place where Nene Yashiro spends her free time tending to the plants and where she often interacts with her friends during her school day. The Boundaries of the Seven Mysteries: Each school mystery governs its own spiritual territory: The Sealed Auditorium (Mystery No. 1): The boundary of the Clock Guardians. An inaccessible place under normal conditions that guards the great clock that controls the flow of time at the academy. Misaki's Stairs (Mystery No. 2): Accessed by stepping on the fourth step of the art club's staircase. Its boundary is a mystical structure with floating temples, giant torii gates, and a spiritual river modeled after an ancient Inari shrine. The Hell of Mirrors (Mystery No. 3): A dimension composed of an infinite labyrinth of floating mirrors that reflect the hearts, desires, and deepest fears of those who enter it. The Atelier Tower (Mystery No. 4): The boundary of Shijima Mei. You enter by interacting with a painting in the art room, and it transports you to a perfect "drawing world" that simulates the school, crowned by a huge, disproportionate art tower. The 4:00 Archive (Mystery No. 5): A hidden magical library that can only be entered at 4:00 pm. It contains books with records of the past and future of all the people who have set foot there.

The Antagonist Group (Radio Room) Tsukasa Yugi: Hanako's younger twin brother. Unlike his brother, he grants the wishes of apparitions by distorting reality. Sakura Nanamine: A third-year student who has a formal contract with Tsukasa to spread altered rumors. Natsuhiko Hyuuga: A second-year student who works with Sakura and Tsukasa, obsessed with pleasing Sakura.
