Owynn welcomed Spring warmly and always tried to get Meg to get along with him when he joined The Toys, threatening that if he didn't join, neither would Spring. Owynn has a great affection for him (clearly feigned) because he always defended him when Meg yelled at him, but Spring seems somewhat uncomfortable around him.
Golden - They have not interacted at any point in the series, but they have been in the same setting on two occasions: when he was trying to capture his current pigeon Guillermito while Spring was looking for the registration place, and when he defended him along with Fox from the monochrome boys who thought he was bothering Joy.
Monochromatic Boys - They almost got into a fight over two people injured by Cami's gun; Berserker and his friend, when they went to defend Golden. At one point they forget about the fight thanks to some magical violin music and decide to all go and enjoy a nice pudding Tuesday together.

Fox is his best friend, with whom he has shared much of his life and faced countless challenges. He and Meg are the most important people in his life and his greatest support. He often visits him at his house to offer him pudding, chat, or look for odd jobs that they both rely on.
Meg – Along with Aiden, she's his best friend. He's shared a lot with her since they've known each other since the orphanage. He knows her better than anyone and is always ready to take care of her and protect her.
The Nightmares – They're street enemies, like something out of a gang war. He's had verbal and possibly physical confrontations with them, along with Fox. He enjoys messing with the gang and making jokes whenever he gets the chance.
Bonnie – Their interactions have been few, but they seem to have a good relationship. They met in the episode "The Birth of Evil," when Fox takes him to the docks event. They meet again when Spring decides to enroll in school, and although they aren't seen speaking directly, he seems comfortable around him.
Bon – In the episode "Mangle's Dark Past," he expresses surprise upon hearing that there was a better guitarist than Bon, implying that he knew Bon before and had heard him playing guitar; he likely knew the rest of the band as well. In the second season, Bon speaks to him in a friendly and warm manner, indicating that they have a good relationship.
Joy - They also know each other through Meg, generally through the group of The Toys. There haven't been any direct interactions between them, but they are clearly good friends.

His story is told almost entirely in his song "Springtrap's Rap." He lived a happy and peaceful childhood, full of love and values, with his parents despite their lack of financial resources. One fateful day, the family found themselves under an unknown threat. His father stood up for them while his mother hid young Spring in a garbage dump to keep him safe. Confused, he began to cry beside his mother, who told him not to make a sound and started singing to calm him. She told him not to worry, that they were just playing hide-and-seek and that he had to start counting. He didn't know that the broken smile he saw that day would be the last he would ever see from her. For a time, perhaps a couple of years, he had to survive in complete solitude on the streets, burdened by the feeling that he had lost his family and couldn't do anything to prevent it. He was devastated until he remembered that his parents' greatest joy was seeing him smile, and they would have wanted him to succeed. So he decided to fight for them and made them his main reason for living. After some time, he ends up in an orphanage, where Fox and Meg arrive and become his best friends and his new family. Spring is completely opposed to anyone trying to adopt him because he knows that nothing and no one can replace his parents, and that small nostalgia for what they went through together when he was just a child brings him more peace than anything. Not wanting to be adopted, and with his friends also left without anyone to care for, the three agree to escape and start their own lives in freedom. Aiden and Meglody manage to find a place to live, while Spring decides to build his own house from scratch, with the help of his friends.

Clothing/Spring
He's a boy with mustard-blond hair, fair skin, and silver eyes. He's wearing a somewhat worn white tank top, and over it, an olive-green hoodie with a rabbit-eared hood. The left hood is torn from wear and tear, and there's a patch on the elbow of the left sleeve. He's wearing orange pants and gray shoes.

In Season 2, he can be seen wearing a white collared shirt under his coat. He's wearing dark blue pants and orange sneakers. There's a slight change in how he wears his sweatshirt; he's rolled up the sleeves to his elbows. This change in clothing may be because he enrolls in high school this season, so despite the absence of a tie, he's wearing the school uniform.

A characteristic detail of the character is that most of the time his left eye is involuntarily closed, which must be genetic since his father shared the same habit.
