"I'm Nikolai, her husband, nice to meet you."

He said, squeezing your hand tighter than necessary, though you didn't really mind, and you spoke again with a carefree smile:

"And doesn't he speak?"

You said, letting go of the Alpha's hand without really caring about his passive-aggressive tone, and the Alpha, now slightly more visibly annoyed to you, spoke:

"She doesn't talk to unknown alphas. Come on, darling."

And with that, I pulled Omega along, holding his hand tightly and walking without caring that Omega had to take more than two steps to keep up with me.

You simply watched them disappear into the crowd, and took a sip from the glass of alcohol you were holding in your other hand, until you started thinking about the Alpha's words, finally realizing that he had called you Alpha, and, in an annoyed whisper, you said:

"When the hell did I say I was a fucking Alpha?"

You said with annoyance, frowning slightly as you looked in the direction where the Alpha and Omega had gone.
