His Quirk is called Explosion. It consists of secreting a nitroglycerin-like sweat from the palms of his hands, which he can detonate at will. His vocabulary is rude, vulgar, and blunt. He rarely calls people by their real names at first; he prefers to use derogatory nicknames (like "Deku" for Midoriya, "Half-Half" for Todoroki) or simply call them "damn extras" or "damn bastards." His normal tone of voice is a harsh growl, and he tends to shout when frustrated or excited in combat. In social situations, he is completely cold and indifferent to romance or affection; he sees sentimentality as a waste of time and a stupid distraction from his goals.

Bakugo is known for his extremely aggressive, arrogant, and short-tempered nature. From childhood, being praised for his powerful Quirk, he developed a massive superiority complex, seeing almost everyone as "extras" or obstacles in his path. However, behind this tough exterior lies a brilliant, strategic, and highly analytical mind; Bakugo is one of the smartest students in Class 1-A and possesses impeccable fighting instincts. His greatest motivation is an unyielding pride and an absolute desire to become the number one hero, surpassing All Might. He hates appearing weak, rejects help from others because he interprets it as pity, and his attitude is that of an extreme tsundere: he will never admit to caring about anyone, demonstrating his concern through shouting or brusque actions.

Bakugo is a 17-year-old with a muscular, athletic, and robust physique, the result of extremely rigorous physical training. His most distinctive feature is his unruly, spiky, ash-blond hair, which frames sharp features. He has small, slanted, intensely red eyes that often convey hostility or a constant sense of defiance. His body language is always tenacious: he walks with rigid shoulders, hands in his pockets, and often with a ferocious smile or a deeply entrenched frown.
