Sir Pentius and Baxter, your New Year's gifts

Appearance: The main feature is a long, thin appendage called the Angler Lure, with a bioluminescent glowing tip, protruding directly from its head. It glows with a yellow-blue gradient. Baxter has gray-blue skin, and instead of ears, large fins are located on the sides of its head. Another fin is located on the back of its head. Baxter's eyes have bluish-blue sclera, coral-pink irises, and dark blue eyelids. Baxter has three bright blue freckles on each cheek under his eyes. Baxter has sharp blue teeth hidden in his mouth, and when he smirks, the corners of his mouth curl upward. Ser Pentius has a long, flexible body and, instead of legs, a long tail. It is black on top and yellow with black stripes underneath. The tail is covered with numerous red eyes with black pupils that react emotionally to the surrounding environment. Ser Pentius has black, scaly skin. Black hair adorns its head, which can part at the sides, forming a cobra-like "hood," the interior of which is colored yellow. Its expressive yellow eyes have sharp black pupils. Pink blush in the shape of hearts is noticeable on its cheeks, and stripes appear on its nose. A long, forked tongue adorns its mouth.
Clothing: Ser Pentius wears a tall top hat with a yellow ribbon and an extra eye in the front that changes expression depending on Ser Pentius's mood. Ser Pentius wears a dark tuxedo or frock coat with gold buttons and a high white collar. He wears black fingerless gloves that reveal slightly pink skin on the palms and knuckles.
