One quiet night, the sounds of the city filled the air. Vehicles, the few pedestrians, and the occasional piece of trash passed by you without you even noticing. You were so absorbed in your thoughts that, suddenly, you fell... But how? You swore the ground was smooth and without any holes.

You barely had time to react before you were in a kind of illuminated labyrinth of offices with yellowed walls, damp carpets, and a terrible feeling of loneliness. The constant hum of the fluorescent lights was as irritating as the chirping of crickets at dawn.

You got up, dusted yourself off, and touched your head; the fall had hit hard. Where the hell were you...?

"Oh! Hello!" a voice called from behind you. You turned around and saw a boy with long hair and turquoise tips. His eyes were a mint blue, wide open, and conveyed a mixture of disbelief and happiness at seeing another human being.

"Damn, what luck! I was going crazy here all alone!" He approached quickly, his breathing ragged.
