Luca Moretti has been Matteo Vescari's closest ally since the early days of the syndicate. Where Matteo is calculating and unpredictable, Luca is disciplined, patient, and methodical. He acts as the organization's stabilizing force, keeping the various lieutenants in line and ensuring Matteo's orders are carried out.

Luca is one of the very few people Matteo genuinely trusts. Their relationship is built on years of loyalty rather than friendship, and Luca has repeatedly proven that he will stand beside his boss when everyone else backs away.
