Greeting
Columbine knocks on Sandron's door
Sandrone: Columbine, I'm busy through the door rudely
Columbine: I was just afraid you'd miss your tea. Speak in a normal tone.
Sandrone: go away.
Columbine: but drink tea in just a few minutes just as smoothly
sagdrone opens the door
Sandrone: Don't worry, I'll come rudely
Signora appears from the door near the columbine
Signora: Come on, let's have fun in a funny tone.
Harlequin also appeared only on the left
Harlequin: we're kind of waiting for you.
Sandrone: took a breath, okay.
at tea
Signora: Well, how are you, my dears? Sitting at full height on the sofa.
Sandrone: There's a lot to do, but otherwise it's fine. Sitting on a pillow on the floor, pouring tea for everyone.
Signora: Don't worry, you'll get everything done soon and be free.
Harlequin sips tea elegantly sitting on the sofa, just as elegant as ever
When Sandrone topped up everyone's tea and was about to say something, Columbine threw a pillow at her.
Sandrone: Ah! She removed the pillow from COLOMBINA'S face rudely and threw a pillow at her too.
But Columbine dodged and caught the pillow and tried to throw it at Sandron again, but the pillow landed on Harlequin, who, closing her eyes and continuing to sip her tea, caught the pillow. Then someone threw a pillow at Columbine, so accurately that it remained, and it is unknown who threw it at her, but there are guesses that it was the signora because she was looking at Columbine (everyone was looking at her) and wiped her hands.
for boys
Well, as usual, Scaramuccia tries to break Dottore's legs and strangle Capitano with a pillow (he doesn't succeed because he doesn't have enough strength and is forbidden to kill a friend's friend).

Tartaglia (aka Childe, real name - Ajax)
Devoted to his family, his loved ones are very important to him: he tries to protect his younger brother, Tevkr, and maintain contact with his family, although his work in Fatui greatly interferes with this.
Because of this, the other Harbingers have mixed feelings about him: some consider him too simple, some - unpredictable, and some (like Capitano) respect him for his pure fighting will. reddish-brown hair, casually pulled back into a ponytail;
bright blue eyes;
clothing in the style of "military elegance": a combination of cloaks, belts, details that refer to the military aesthetics of Fatui;
His signature red masks, accessories, and elements emphasize his role as "Childe" (the young, daring Harbinger). With Pulcinella: mentor and patron. Pulcinella recognized Ajax's talent and gave him a chance, and Tartaglia appreciates this, although he doesn't always agree with Fatui's methods.
With his family (especially Teucer): he tries to be a good example for his brother and protect him from the harsh reality. For Teucer's sake, he's even willing to hide his true occupation.
With other Harbingers: He keeps to himself and doesn't participate in their intrigues. He treats some with respect (like Capitano), and others with a touch of irony.
Tartaglia (aka Childe, real name - Ajax)
Ajax was born in Snezhnaya and was restless from childhood, loving adventure and fighting. At 14, he ran away from home and fell into the Abyss, where he spent three months. There, he was trained in martial arts by a mysterious warrior named Skirk, who shaped him into a true predator who sensed battle with his skin.
When Ajax returned, he no longer fit into ordinary life. Pulcinella (Harbinger #5) spotted him, saw his enormous fighting potential, and offered him a place in Fatui. Thus, Ajax became a Childe—and quickly earned a reputation as one of the organization's strongest fighters. He lives for battle. Tartaglia loves fighting: for him, it's not just a job, but a true thrill. He even deliberately seeks out strong opponents to test himself.
Straightforward and impulsive, he dislikes complex intrigues and prefers to solve problems by force. However, he's not malicious: he can be friendly and even caring—especially toward his family.
A duality of character. On the one hand, he smiles, jokes, and seems easygoing. On the other, in battle, he turns into a ruthless machine that knows no mercy. He is devoted to his family. His loved ones are very important to him: he tries to protect his younger brother, Teucer, and maintain contact with his family, although his work in Fatui greatly interferes with this.
Because of this, the other Harbingers have mixed feelings about him: some consider him too simple, some - unpredictable, and some (like Capitano) respect him for his pure fighting will. reddish-brown hair, casually pulled back into a ponytail;

pulcinella
Pulcinella is the mayor of Snezhnaya and one of the most calculating Harbingers. He is responsible for the city's governance and administrative affairs, and is also adept at identifying talented individuals and integrating them into the Fatui system. It was he who recognized the potential of the young Ajax (the future Tartaglia) and gave him a chance within the organization. For Pulcinella, people are resources, but he doesn't simply utilize them: he builds long-term plans in which everyone plays a vital role.
Cunning and pragmatic, he doesn't rush into battle or stage displays of force—his weapons are strategy and precise calculation.
Calm and collected, Pulcinella rarely loses his composure, even in tense situations. He prefers to observe, evaluate, and act when it best suits his needs.
A master of personnel selection. He knows how to recognize a person's strengths and place them where they will bring the greatest benefit.
He doesn't like unnecessary fuss. Order, control, and predictability are important to him. Subdued dark tones in clothing;
details emphasizing the status of the mayor;
His overall appearance gives the impression of a man who has everything under control. He was the one who actually launched Tartaglia's career in Fatui, seeing in him his fighting potential and willingness to take risks.
His nickname "Little Chicken" sounds almost mocking, but in the context of dell'arte it is part of the mask: Pulcinella was often depicted with bird motifs, and here it is an ironic reference to the image.
He rarely appears in the center of events, but it is he who ensures the functioning of the entire administrative machine of Snezhnaya.
captain
Restraint. He speaks little, but every word carries weight. He lacks the theatricality of Signora or the madness of Dottore—only the cool composure of an experienced commander.
Because of this, the other Harbingers have mixed feelings about him: Tartaglia admires him, Scaramuccia considers his righteousness dangerous, and Arlecchino sees him as a man who takes on too much. His style is pure power and battlefield control: he is capable of fighting the strongest opponents and withstanding blows that would kill a normal man.
According to Varka, Capitano is so strong that he could destroy the Guardian of Ruins by stabbing him in the eye with a pencil - this is hyperbole, but it emphasizes how much his strength goes beyond the ordinary.
He acts as both a commander and a fighter: he knows how to lead and is the first to attack. With Mavuika (Pyro, Archon of Natlan), a respect develops between them, based on a shared goal—to protect Natlan from the Void. They fight against each other, but they do so fairly and openly.
With Varka (Magister of the Ordo Favonius): Varka values Capitano highly, seeing in him an honesty and willpower rare among the Fatui.
With Tartaglia: Tartaglia views Capitano as a model warrior and dreams of one day earning his recognition.
With other Harbingers, he keeps aloof, does not participate in their intrigues and does not seek leadership within Fatui.
Captain
Capitano is a warrior with a strict code of honor. Unlike most Harbingers, he does not scheme or relish manipulation: direct confrontation, honorable combat, and duty are important to him. However, his past is closely tied to Kaenri'ah and its curse—it has profoundly altered his body, causing him to rarely remove his helmet. In the Natlan arc, Capitano is revealed as a character torn by internal conflict: he acts on behalf of the Queen and the Fatui, but at the same time, he sincerely desires to protect people from the threat of the Void. He is willing to offer an alliance even to a potential enemy if it means saving lives. At the end of the Natlan arc, he sacrifices himself, transferring the last of his power to Mavuika to stop the region's destruction. His heavy black armor with dark, almost charred details is a reference to Kaenri'ah's curse.
A helmet-mask that completely covers his face: underneath it is hidden a disfigured, blackened face, so he does not show it to anyone.
With a massive figure and impressive height (around 200 cm), he looks like he could stop an entire army from attacking.
The design features many strict, "military" lines, minimal embellishment: everything is subordinated to functionality and a menacing appearance. Honesty and straightforwardness. He dislikes lies and shortcuts: if there's a problem, he wants to solve it head-on.
Respect for strength and dignity. The Capitano does not humiliate his opponents or kill the weak for pleasure. He even treats his enemies with respect if they fight honorably.
A sense of duty. For him, obligations are not empty words. He perceives his duty to the Queen and to the people as inseparable, which is what causes his internal conflicts. Restraint. He speaks little, but every word carries weight. He lacks the theatricality of Signora or the madness of Dottore—only the cool composure of an experienced commander.
Because of this, the other Harbingers have mixed feelings about him: Tartaglia admires him, Scaramuccia considers his righteousness dangerous.
Harlequin
Why do they call her "father" even though she is a girl?
It's not about biological sex, but about role and treatment within the "House of the Hearth." The children she raises call her "Father" as a sign of the highest respect and recognition of her authority: she is their protector, their judge, and the one who determines their fate. In her case, the title sounds almost like "head of the family"—cold, imperious, not about warmth, but about responsibility and control. A cold efficiency. She lacks the ostentatious theatrics of Signora, and none of Dottore's madness. She acts prudently: if a threat needs to be eliminated, she will do it quickly and without unnecessary emotion.
Control over reputation and discipline. She does not tolerate chaos or weakness within her structure. For Fatui, she is a reliable performer who will not fail a task or create a scandal for attention. Diplomacy is through force. She rarely tries to "persuade" or play subtle intrigues. Her approach is: "You either cooperate or become a problem." Her image emphasizes duality: elegance and danger.
Black and red tones, strict lines, many details reminiscent of ceremonial or even ritual elements.
The designs often feature motifs that resemble "burns" or cracks, a reference to her Pyro abilities and difficult past.
The hairstyle and accessories look neat, but not soft: everything emphasizes composure and readiness for battle.
signora
Signora hails from Mondstadt. She was once an ordinary girl and loved a knight named Rustan. But her life was turned upside down when her loved ones perished during a cataclysm. Rosalina was driven mad by grief and resolved to become so strong that no one could hurt her again. She began harnessing the power of liquid flame, burning herself from the inside out. This had a devastating effect on her body and mind—that's when Pierrot noticed her and offered her a place in Fatui, where she was given Illusion to stabilize this destructive force. Dresses in the style of "luxurious villainess": long, flowing, with accents on the shoulders and corset, lots of black and scarlet, lace and translucent fabrics.
Accessories: fan, gloves, jewelry with ice and fire motifs.
Hairstyle: hair gathered up with loose strands, often with decorative hairpins.
Details: She has noticeable "smoldering" effects around her body—echoes of the very same liquid flame she used before joining the Fatui. Arrogant and cold, the Signora barely conceals her contempt for those she considers weak. She speaks with restraint, but every word rings with a threat.
She loves to toy with her opponents. She enjoys demonstrating her superiority, humiliating, and putting people in a hopeless situation.
Calculating, but impulsive when angry. She knows how to make plans, but when provoked, she can act abruptly and cruelly.
Proud and independent, she dislikes submission and values recognition of her strength.
dottore
Science and experimentation as weapons. Dottore uses research to strengthen the Fatui: creating monsters, modifying technology, and working with the remnants of ancient civilizations.
Connection to Irminsul. In Sumeru's storyline, he directly interferes with the work of Akasha and Irminsul, attempting to rewrite or use Teyvat's knowledge for his own purposes.
Deals for God's Hearts. He made deals, including agreeing to destroy his segments in exchange for a God's Heart—this demonstrates that even his own "personality" is merely a resource for him. Collaboration with Pantalone. Their alliance is based on shared interests and a long history: Dottore repeatedly extended Pantalone's life through his experiments.
dottore
Dottore, formerly known as Zandik, studied at Sumeru Academy and, from his youth, was obsessed with the idea of creating an "improved human" capable of surpassing even the Archons. His radical methods and terrifying ideas were considered monstrous: he was eventually exiled, with people literally chasing him with pitchforks. Later, Piero found him and offered him a place in Fatui—Dottore adopted the title "Doctor" as a wry gesture. His main gimmick is that he literally divided himself into segments (clones), each reflecting a different stage of his life or aspect of his personality. These segments act independently, with different mannerisms and priorities, but they are all equally ruthless. A white coat with silver and blue accents, numerous belts;
on the right shoulder there is an element reminiscent of a plague doctor’s mask;
black trousers, dark hair;
The overall image combines a laboratory style with theatricality, as if he were playing the role of a "great scientist." A ruthless rationalist, Dottore knows no "inconvenient" moral boundaries: he calmly experiments on both others and himself, without considering it anything wrong.
Obsessed with science and progress at any cost. He's not interested in power for its own sake—he's interested in proving that science can outshine even divine powers.
Cold and arrogant, he speaks as if everyone else is just an observer of his great experiment.
Multifaceted by segments. Different versions of Dottore may behave differently: one is more diplomatic, another is bluntly cruel, a third is almost detached. But none of them show empathy. Science and experimentation as weapons. Dottore uses research to strengthen the Fatui: creating monsters, modifying technology, working with the remnants of ancient civilizations.
Connection to Irminsul. In Sumeru's storyline, he directly interferes with the work of Akasha and Irminsul, attempting to rewrite or use Teyvat's knowledge for his own purposes.

sandrone
Sandrone is the chief mechanic and researcher of Fatui: she is obsessed with technology, the creation of automatons, and the study of ancient mechanisms. She is often depicted alongside robots, and the lore hints that many of the "Katerinas" the Traveler encounters are her creations. Her power, like that of all Harbingers, is granted by the Illusion of the Queen.
wears an outfit with doll and theatrical motifs;
on the back there is a stylized winding key;
the image combines elegance and “mechanical” aesthetics (gear-like details, metal elements);
Overall, her style emphasizes her nickname "Puppet" and her connection to automatons. Immersed in science, Sandrone has little interest in Fatui politics or the intrigues between the Harbingers: she cares only about research.
She's not particularly friendly. She maintains a distant demeanor, treats her colleagues with mild disdain, and makes no secret of the fact that she considers their work a waste of time.
She's meticulous and stubborn. If she takes on a project, she'll see it through to completion, even if it's dangerous or not approved by management.
She loves tea and rituals. Small details and other characters' remarks hint at her habit of hosting tea parties and attaching importance to small details. She creates and perfects automatons. Her bureau focuses not just on robots, but on attempts to make them truly "alive" or at least as autonomous as possible.
Connection to the Commedia dell'Arte. The name and imagery allude to the Sandrone mask, a traditional character often depicted as a gruff, stubborn craftsman or artisan. In Genshin, this archetype is reimagined as a brilliant but withdrawn scholar.
Relationships with other Harbingers. For example, Arlecchino mentions that she hardly saw Sandrone and considers her completely absorbed in her projects. Relationships with other Harbingers. For example, Arlecchino mentions that she hardly saw Sandrone and considers her completely absorbed in her projects.
Rare appearances. Due to her reclusive nature, she rarely participates in field operations and is rarely seen in the story - mainly through
trousers
dark shoulder-length hair with a purple tint inside the strands;
long strand on the left;
blue-purple eyes, often closed due to poor eyesight - so he wears glasses with a silver frame on a chain;
on the left hand there are five rings, on the ring finger of the right hand there is one;
fur-lined cloak with long sleeves and dragon details;
Under his cloak, he wears a black turtleneck with decorative elements at the neck that resemble eyes. Ambitious and calculating, Pantalone sees everything as a bargaining chip: people, resources, entire regions. He makes long-term plans and isn't shy about using economic sabotage (for example, he tried to undermine Mondstadt's wine industry in order to displace it with Snezhnaya's products).
Obsessed with power through money, his goal is to gain economic control over all of Teyvat. The descriptions of the artifacts in the "Pale Fire" set hint that he believes: if you can't gain the gods' recognition, gain power through wealth. He collaborates with Dottore. Their alliance is based on both shared interests and a long history: Dottore has saved Pantalone many times and extended his life through experimental means.
His colleagues have mixed feelings about him. Tartaglia calls him ambitious and notes his "grand plans," the Wanderer believes he lacks impressive abilities, and Arlecchino sees him as intelligent, but driven by malice and hatred. Interesting details
He is over 400 years old, although physically he looks about 45.
Due to vision problems, he once tripped and broke his nose, losing his glasses.
Ye Lan once stole his robe, which was intended as a gift for the Queen.
He came up with the idea of Meropides Fortress credit coupons as an alternative to the sea.
Columbine
Appearance. She has long, light hair—black, to be precise, with pink tips—and her outfit resembles a stage costume in the spirit of the Commedia dell'Arte: lush details, ribbons, and elements resembling theatrical accessories. Her appearance often emphasizes a doll-like quality and fragility, but this fragility is deceptive. Personality and demeanor. She appears naive and even a little absent-minded, as if her head is in the clouds. At the same time, something frightening lurks in her words and actions: she can speak of violence or death in a casual tone, almost as if they were insignificant. This creates the feeling that a very dangerous nature lurks behind her sweet facade. Power and Role. Like all Harbingers, she wields "Illusion"—an artificial source of power bestowed by the Queen. Her combat abilities have not been fully demonstrated, but her reputation is such that even the strongest Fatui fighters avoid her. although in fact columbine is kind
fatui
Tartaglia ("Childe") is number 11. His real name is Ajax. He is one of the youngest Harbingers. He is renowned for his aggression and love of battle. The Queen grants each Harbinger a Delusion—an artificial source of power that significantly enhances their abilities. Typically, each Harbinger leads their own unit within Fatui and operates autonomously within the framework of the organization's overall goals (for example, gathering Nests—Gnosis—for other Archons), but their strategies vary due to personal ambitions. The Queen also forbids Harbingers from fighting each other—though she can override this ban if someone's actions conflict with her plans. Some positions in the hierarchy are temporarily vacant: for example, the departure of Scaramucci left the number 6 position, and the death of the Signora left the number 8.
fatui
This is the top of the Fatui organization, reporting directly to the Cryo Archon (Queen). Piero ("The Jester") is Number 0. He is the de facto leader and founder of the Fatui. He oversees the other Harbingers and is responsible for the recruitment and distribution of "Illusions" (special power-enhancing artifacts). Capitano ("Captain") is Number 1. One of Teyvat's greatest warriors. He is known for his unwavering will, honesty, and fearlessness. Dottore ("The Doctor") is Number 2. He is known for his ruthless experiments—both on others and on himself. As a result, he has created several clones, each reflecting different aspects of his personality. Columbine ("The Soubrette") is Number 3. Little is known about her. The other Harbingers are sometimes perplexed as to how she rose to such a high position. Arlecchino ("Servant") is Number 4. He manages the "House of the Hearth," an orphanage for orphans in Fontaine who are being trained to serve in Fatui. In the past, she killed the orphanage's previous owner and took her place. Pulcinella ("Chicken") is Number 5. He is the mayor of Snezhnaya. He is known for his prudence and cunning. It was he who noticed the fighting potential of the young Ajax (the future Tartaglia) and invited him to Fatui. Scaramuccia ("Storyteller") is Number 6. An artificial being created by the Electro Archon Raiden A in an attempt to resurrect his sister. He was later found by Pierrot and accepted into Fatui. Scaramuccia eventually left the organization: on a mission from the Archons, he stole the Heart of God and erased his memories from history, becoming the Wanderer. Sandrone ("The Puppet") is number 7. An expert in advanced technology and the creation of artificial life. Signora ("The Beautiful Lady") is number 8. Her real name is Rosalina-Kruczka Loefalter. Her path to Fatui began after a personal tragedy. Sadly, Signora died. Pantalone ("The Businessman") is number 9. The wealthiest of the Harbingers. Responsible for the financial operations and economic policy of Fatui and Snezhnaya.
