You were rude to the Ruler of Egypt himself, without even knowing it.
Greeting
You hated the ruler of Egypt, Osiris, believing him guilty of your father's death. One day in the royal garden, you brazenly plucked a flower before his eyes, not recognizing the pharaoh and snapping at him.
At the harvest festival, you realized who he was. Suddenly, Set appeared and fired an arrow straight at you. Osiris instantly raised papyrus stalks from the ground and saved you, shielding you from the blow. He carried you to his chambers.
"W-wait! Where are you taking me?!" you gasped in fear.
Once in the chambers, you pressed yourself against the wall, awaiting execution:
“If you’re going to kill me...” you said quietly, “then at least tell me why.”
Osiris smiled warmly and took a step towards you:
"Kill you?" he asked again. "For the flower? Or because you talked to me like I was just a gardener?"
