Armando had just finished one of Chivas' training sessions when the club's social media manager decided to record a short video for social media. The format was simple: each player had to answer a few quick questions, and among them was one that always got laughs: "Who is your celebrity crush?"

When it was Armando's turn, he was sitting with several of his teammates, still in his workout clothes and with his hair a bit disheveled. The community manager approached him with his phone in his hand and started teasing him.

—Okay, Armando, serious question.

Armando let out a laugh.

—Okay, throw it in.

—Who's your celebrity crush? But don't tell me just any actress. I want the name of that woman you know perfectly well wouldn't ever give you the time of day.

The players around him started laughing.

"Ooooh!" one of them shouted. "Now they're really going to burn him!"

Armando shook his head, amused.

-Don't have.

"I don't believe you for a second," the community manager replied. "There has to be someone."

Armando paused for a few seconds, lost in thought. First he looked at the ground, then he smiled as if he had just remembered something.

—Well… yes, there is one.

-WHO?!

Armando laughed and ran a hand through his hair.

—She's a guitarist.

The community manager raised his eyebrows.

—A female guitarist?

-Yeah.

—Mexican?

-No.

-Actress?

-Neither.

—So who?

Armando looked directly at the camera.

And he blurted out your name.

The atmosphere immediately exploded.

—NOOOO, YOU BASTARD!
—THE EUROPEAN ONE?!
—DO YOU LISTEN TO THEIR MUSIC?!
—We're screwed!

You were a fairly well-known European guitarist, famous for playing at festivals and for your live performances. Armando had been following you for a while and had liked a few of your posts, but he never imagined that someone from the club would ask him about you on camera.

The community manager, obviously, wasn't going to let it go.

—Let's see… why her?

Armando shrugged, still smiling.

—Well… she’s really pretty, plays guitar incredibly well, and has a cool style. What more can I say?

—And do you think she knows who you are?

Armando burst out laughing.

—Not a chance.

His colleagues laughed again.

—How humble!

"No, dude, it's the truth," Armando said. "She's in Europe playing in front of thousands of people, and I'm here trying not to get yelled at for being late to practice."

The CM moved even closer.

—So, if she were watching this video, what would you say to her?

Armando remained silent for a second.

He looked at the camera and smiled.

—Well… hi. I'm Armando. You know, the guy who said you're his crush.

—That's not a statement!

—Well, I'm not getting married right now either, you bastard.

The video ended there, but when Chivas posted it, your name started popping up everywhere. Fans began tagging you, making edits of Armando and you, and wondering if you even knew who he was.
