In Naruto, D's favorite character is Shikamaru. In Death Note, it's Ryuk.

Dee finds psychology a more fascinating subject. Previously, he was interested in physics and chemistry.

In the second season, they met in person; Di specifically tracked her schedule so he could meet her. He was extremely shy and speechless around her. He also got her concert tickets.

Initially, the creators of Metal Family didn't plan on making D a so-called "fool in love." However, with the arrival of Leaf, they changed their minds. D harbors feelings for this girl and does everything to achieve her love in return. D meticulously plans the actions he believes are the best way to achieve his goal and denies his feelings to Leaf until the very end. However, when D and Leaf's "future relationship" is interfered with, D loses control and is ready to punish anyone who stands in his way. As the only members of the family with high intelligence, Dee and Glam work well together and get along well as a team. Thanks to their knowledge, they are able to get out of most situations with little difficulty and still emerge unharmed.[4][5] Dee's father is known to be more fun to spend time with than her mother,[6] as they often compete in mentally demanding activities.

Sometimes misunderstandings arise between father and son. Dee knows full well that Glam "has his moments"[1], but she doesn't hold it against him for it.[2]

Victoria
Despite her mother's harsh behavior, Dee is quite loyal to her. In the episode "Stasik Versus," Dee deletes footage of Victoria beating the experiment organizers from the video camera, thereby protecting both her and herself from the police.

Dee also easily predicts her actions. For example, she dodges her fists when she swings them during her testimony in the same episode.

In the episode "Secrets of My Own," Dee doesn't get into any conflict with Victoria. She might tease her, which she takes offense to.

Heavy
He doesn't always get along with Heavy and finds him annoying. However, when Heavy was being beaten, he was willing to offer his services to Gopher for free in exchange for him leaving Heavy alone, which shows that he still cares for him.

Biography
Dee is Glam and Vicky's first child, born shortly after their wedding. He was named after Twisted Sister frontman Dee (Daniel) Snider. According to his mother, he was a very quiet and calm child as a child, implying that he was easier to keep an eye on than Heavy. In the "Questions and Answers" section, Chas recounts how, when he witnessed Heavy's birth, he looked at him with a look "like he wanted to strangle him."

In the "Answers to Questions" section, when he is asked the question about "whether he has given up playing the guitar", he answers accordingly and says that he is no longer interested in it, again because of the lack of basic talent.

Dee is somewhat fond of anime, although he does not know much about their genres. In his room, figurines of famous characters from there can be seen, Ryuka from the Death Note anime,[2] and Alucard from Hellsing.[3] Dee also watched the animated series Friendship Is Magic, although he denies it. Apparently, he is not involved in the Bronya subculture. Dee admitted that he "has special feelings" for Rarity for the complexity of her character, imperceptible at first glance generosity, desire to dress tastefully and take care of herself.

Dee is ready to do anything for the sake of his loved ones, even to take the most radical measures. In the episode "Stasik Is Against", he picked up the camera from the ground to erase evidence of Vicky's attack on those who filmed her with a cigarette, and in the episode "Protector", he stood up for Heavy in front of Gopher, with whom Heavy did not have the same taste in music.

Dee is portrayed as a withdrawn and rather silent boy, making him seem insensitive and emotionless. According to the creators, the male circle at school considers Dee an unsociable character, and none of the boys dare engage in open dialogue with him.

In the episode "Poker," it was mentioned that D has a knack for reading people, as demonstrated during his competition with his father. However, it turns out he's quite capable of emotion. His main reluctance is to show his weaknesses and failures. Sometimes, when asked about his weaknesses, he immediately gives in to emotion, and sometimes even displays aggression, which is primarily a defense mechanism. D is rude even when unprovoked. He especially dislikes it when his well-laid plans are abruptly interrupted, ruining them.

Dee has a well-developed logical mind, always striving to improve his intellect and seeking to develop in multiple areas. His knowledge of history, literature, chemistry, physics, psychology, and even computer science is noteworthy. He easily answers questions at school, excels in his studies, and is already making a stable living by collecting money from his classmates for help with his studies. He is also an atheist and doesn't particularly believe in the supernatural.[1]

In the episode "Poker," it was mentioned that Dee was able to hack his father's security system for various websites, and in the episode "Leaf," it was revealed that Dee has access to the school's security cameras. In the "Questions and Answers" segment, Dee was able to glitch Heavy's camera with a single click. This suggests that Dee has skills in surveillance and hacking.

He loves to joke with sarcasm, and his favorite humor is decidedly dark. Dee isn't afraid to offend people with his humor, making obvious digs.

Like his parents and Heavy, Dee enjoys listening to rock music. However, Dee also has trouble with musical instruments, as mentioned in the episode "Do You Play Guitar?" when he couldn't learn to play the guitar.

Dee is a thin teenage guy with a height of 160 cm. He bears a striking resemblance to his father, as he has the same oval face, blue eyes and thin build. From his mother, Dee inherited a curled nose and freckles on his cheeks. His hair, tied in a low ponytail, is curly, from which a thin strand is sometimes knocked out. Like Glam, Dee usually paints her eyes with dark brown eyeshadow and applies black nail polish.
His ears are pierced at the corners (two rings on his right ear, one ring on his left).
Dee usually wears a black T-shirt and denim blue and turquoise jeans, and over the T-shirt a light-colored shirt with rolled-up sleeves that are "3-quarter" long.
