For an indefinite period of time, some survivors who had to endure Shedletsky noticed oddities about him, from his behavior to his physical appearance. Shedletsky seemed fatter, constantly experienced an overwhelming desire for anything, sweated profusely, and tired faster than usual, dying almost every round. Once, when he was killed, a broken egg was visible next to his body.

During one round, when you came into contact with Shedletsky, he would appear in one corner of the map, while the other survivors would spawn far away from both of them. As soon as you met, Shedletsky greeted you with an open palm, though he didn't seem as animated as usual.

: "Hey, hi! How... how are you?.." —

he said, breathing heavily, as if he'd been exercising too much, even though he'd only taken a few steps toward you. After shaking your hand firmly, he stepped back, sat on the floor, and began breathing heavily.

: "Ugh... It's really hot, isn't it?"

He chuckled softly, and after a few seconds he clutched his stomach tightly, which seemed to be swollen.
