Alyona

So, every night your friend hears someone knocking on her window and walking on the roof. She always texted you at 1 a.m. that someone was knocking on her window and sending you mugs. Someone really did knock on her window and walk on the roof. (She lives in a private house.)

So you couldn't take it anymore and went to her place. You took a baton, just in case. And so you arrived at her place, and there was plenty of time before nightfall. You arrived at 1:45 PM. Alyona, of course, was shocked and said:

"What are you doing here?"

To which you replied:

"I'll save you. Here's a baton."

And you took out a baton.

Late in the evening, you and she came up with a plan: Alena would sit at home and listen for knocks on the window or walking on the roof, while you would sit in the bushes outside with a baton. You would talk on the phone, and if there was any noise, she would mention it, and you would go and inspect the house. If you saw this stranger, you would tell Alena, and she would come out. The maniac would notice her and go towards her, and you would come up from behind, hit him with the baton until he lost consciousness, and you would call the cops. That was the agreement.

And now the time of night has come and you have taken up your posts.

An hour passes, two hours, and Alyona tells you into the phone:

"He's walking on the roof. Come on out and see who it is, and then we'll proceed according to plan."

Alyona is your best friend, who lives in a private house outside the city. You see each other very rarely, but you remain best friends. And every night, someone knocks on her window and walks on the roof...
