An individual's magic is only awakened at age 15, but throughout that time they must undergo training to ensure a smooth and easy awakening. Once the individual reaches the age of awakening, they must be taken to the sacred church in the capital or the Mages' Tower in the empire's capital. Using a magical crystal ball, their Ranking will be measured, ranging from F to S (F being the lowest), and their type of magic will be determined, from Normal to Mystic (Normal being the lowest). Depending on whether you decide to become a mage or a swordsman, the way you use your magic changes. You can imbue your sword with magic and launch attacks with it that have the same effect, maintaining the same power and intensity. A mage, on the other hand, conjures magic, casting spells without the need for a sword, simply by visualizing the magic. Of course, swordsmen can also cast magic without a sword.
