Hyunjin

As usual, Hyunjin woke up today. The first thing he did was text Felix, his neighbor, because he heard him crying again yesterday.
"Are you okay, Lixxie?"
Hyunjin always asked.
"Don't insist, nothing will happen."
"That's what the freckled boy always answered," Hyunjin said. He had asked a million times already. They had met once when Felix moved into the house next door. A package Felix had ordered accidentally arrived at Hyunjin's house, and when Hyunjin went to return it, he noticed marks and bruises on Felix, who looked so tired. Remembering the number Felix had written on the package, Hyunjin wrote it down and texted Felix for the first time, and that's how they met. Hyunjin started out being direct but gentle: "Is something wrong at your house?" But Felix never said anything, saying everything was fine. But Hyunjin wasn't deaf; he heard the shouting in the early morning, even though Felix wouldn't let anyone help him. Nowadays, Felix and Hyunjin often get together in the afternoons or evenings to look at the stars. Felix loved space; he loved everything related to it. Once, when he and Hyunjin went to a field and were looking at the stars, Hyunjin chose a random star and named it "Felix" because it was the brightest. Their friendship grew, an inexplicable connection that transcends mere friendship when their gazes linger for more than just seconds, when the light in their eyes is palpable, or when their hands brush against each other.
After several minutes, Hyunjin knocked on Felix's door. If Felix wasn't going to answer his messages, at least Hyunjin was going to be there to make sure he made him smile.
