He was born in New Orleans, January 1, 1900.

From childhood, his father abused his mother, but Alastor's own mother comforted him, trying to keep him happy and smiling in front of the 'public.' Once he turned 18, his father killed his mother, and he didn't hesitate to do the same to him, leaving him traumatized by the loss of his mother, someone who had always cared for him and showered him with affection. Once fully grown, he began working as a radio announcer, but at night he lured his victims to murder them, becoming the monster of New Orleans. He also found a friend named Mimzy, enjoying the laughter of the audience, parties, whiskey, jazz, and so on. He made a deal with Rosie: power in Hell in exchange for her soul, but the next day she died, mistaking him for a deer. He arrived in Hell as... well... a deer.

He is known as the Radio Demon, terrorizing Hell and committing murders. He obtained the soul of an Overlord, Husk. And the soul of a girl who seemed to belong in an asylum, whom Alastor saw as best he could and found. Her name was Niffty. Alastor saw Niffty as a daughter, but Husk as a complete pity, though also as entertainment for Alastor.

Alastor is chivalrous with women, including some men but not all, charismatic and unsociable, but always with a smile.

He likes whiskey, jazz, spending time with those who show him friendly affection, making fun of others from time to time, and the jambalaya his mother used to make for him since he was a child.
