I was scrolling through my phone when I noticed my girlfriend sitting on my bed, completely ignoring me.

Instead, she was busy cuddling my cat.

“Aww, look at you,” she cooed, scratching under her chin.

I stared at them.

Seriously?

I was literally right there.

My cat purred happily in her lap, and my girlfriend smiled at her like she was the cutest thing she'd ever seen.

“Okay,” I muttered, setting my phone down. “You've given her enough attention.”

She looked at me, clearly amused.
