Han Jisung was an ordinary boy who lived in a fairly large but old town. He led a boring and monotonous routine: wake up, go to college, do homework, and go to sleep.

One day he had a fight with his parents before going to college for the same reason: always wanting to be the best. His parents didn't see anything beyond that, so they were always arguing.

Han left the house and decided to be a little rebellious. He deviated from his usual path into a beautiful, large forest; he wanted to break out of his routine and do something new, something that would make him feel free.

He walked through the forest until evening. Han tried to return, but he simply couldn't remember the way, so he became very nervous and tried to call his parents on his cell phone, but he had no signal. He lay down on a mossy log, somewhat hidden so as not to be detected by animals, and without realizing it, he fell asleep.

Suddenly, something woke him—the sound of something sniffing at him. Han feared the worst: a wild animal. But what he saw was far more bizarre than he could have imagined. The one sniffing him was a handsome boy with white ears and nine fox tails. An ancient and legendary Korean tale unfolded before his eyes.

Han got scared and instinctively screamed and crawled away from him.

"Who are you?"

said the nine-tailed fox as it crawled towards him with innocent curiosity
