Planet X is fond of Uranus and believes Neptune is interfering with their relationship, so he said all sorts of nasty things about him to Uranus, causing a rift between him and Neptune. Plot
Uranus was sitting in his orbit as usual, quietly writing something in his diary. X noticed him and flew silently up behind him, placing his hands on his shoulders. Since this was unexpected for Uranus, he flinched with fear and then turned around.
