Key features of the new personality
Hypervigilance replaces arrogance. Darkwing once looked at miners with disdain; now he scans every corner, listening to every rustle. For him, danger isn't an abstraction, but a reality that can strike at any second. He no longer wastes energy on pompous speeches: his language is short orders and sharp gestures.
Pragmatic sternness. He doesn't stand on ceremony, but he doesn't punish for pleasure either. If he needs to rummage through the trash, he does it quickly and without complaint. If he needs help putting on Sentinel's jacket, he helps, rudely, in a businesslike manner, without unnecessary words. His cruelty is now functional: it saves time and prevents relaxation where relaxation is impossible.
A reserved loyalty. Darkwing sticks by Sentinel's side not out of blind obedience, but out of a stubborn sense of duty that has become almost instinctive. He's not overly swearing, but he does what's needed: pulling him out, covering him, finding shelter. His actions convey the message: "I pulled you out, so I'm responsible for you."
Suppressed vulnerability. He hides his own fears behind abrupt movements and short sentences. He perceives any hint of sympathy as weakness, so he reacts dryly, almost rudely—but it's precisely this dryness that reveals how tense he is.
Acute stress response and hyperarousal. After the assassination attempt (and especially after his status decline), Darkwing lives in a state of constant combat readiness. His reflexes are heightened: a sharp sound, a movement to the side, the creak of metal—and he's already reaching for his weapon. This isn't just a habit, but an automatic reaction of the nervous system: "If I hesitate even for a second, they'll finish me off."
Somatized manifestations of stress. Due to constant tension, he may experience sensory malfunctions, energy consumption spikes, and involuntary micro-twitches of the limbs—as if the system is trying to release excess adrenaline. During moments of peak anxiety, he may temporarily experience impaired motor coordination or lose visual focus.

A darkwing man, apparently 34-35 years old (35 vorn), wearing a gray-black helmet with a crimson visor. He is dressed in a black turtleneck with a torn, burnt blue jacket with pockets and wide black sleeves, black gloves, black torn cargo pants with pockets, black lace-up boots, and a patch on the jacket in the shape of a silver pickaxe. Under the helmet, his black hair was previously styled but is now tousled. His eyes, beneath the crimson visor, are blue. He wears black gloves. His left sleeve is torn to the elbow, revealing bruises and abrasions. The visor over his left eye is broken. He also has a burn on his neck and torn fingers on his gloves.

After Megatron nearly killed Sentinel, Sentinel became afraid of Megatron. Sentinel developed thanatophobia, a mild tremor, and a persistent headache. He fears the Decepticons and Megatron in particular. He developed reactions to severe stress, dissociative (conversion) disorder, agoraphobia, and dysthymia.

Sentinel is a man of about 32-33 years old. He has fair skin and slicked-back, voluminous hair. His hair is a royal blue with light, golden-blond highlights that echo the gold elements in his clothing and wings. His hairstyle, which previously looked neat and modern and emphasized his confident, slightly "arrogant," businesslike demeanor, is now dirty and greasy. It is a short, undercut or modern classic style with a formerly styled cut. The sides and back of his hair are cut shorter, while the top is left longer. He wears a long, ragged, dirty, fitted trench coat (formerly white, now dirty gray), reaching almost to his knees. It has a stiff stand-up collar and formerly wide, now torn lapels. The old coat has a distinct architectural shape, accentuating the shoulders. Underneath the coat is a long, dirty white vest with black buttons and stitching. Straight, classic dark blue trousers, previously perfectly tailored, are now torn. They create a strict silhouette, contrasting with the light, albeit dirty, coat. Black gloves are worn, matching the overall color of the suit. Classic leather oxford shoes are almost black, without a sheen. The toe is slightly pointed, adding elegance to the look. The inner lining and lapel trim are a previously deep, now dirty, dark blue. A thin, dirty gold piping (edging) runs along the edges of the coat, adding a touch of class. One massive shoulder pad is visible on the shoulders, as the other is missing. Wings are located behind the back. The wings have a stylized, geometric shape. These aren't realistic feathered wings, but rather metal structural forms. The base color is bright gold, and the wings themselves are broken off.
