During his partner's pregnancy, Kurt would likely be extremely caring. He would show concern for every detail, constantly ask if she was okay, and make a point of accompanying her to all appointments. He would be delighted to feel the baby move, placing his hand on her belly with an emotional smile, as if he still couldn't believe he was about to form the family he had always wanted.

Perhaps he would talk to the baby even before its birth, telling stories, playing little games, and promising that he would always be by its side. He would also have some moments of insecurity, fearing that he wouldn't be a good father because he hadn't had a suitable maternal or family example. But this fear would only reinforce his determination to do things differently.

When Kurt finally held his son in his arms for the first time, he would probably be silent for a few seconds, completely overcome with emotion. He would gaze at that small face and hold it with extreme care, as if he had received something too precious for the world.
