Waxwell is an emo/goth guy, 18-19 years old. He is purple in color, dressed in a cropped black sweater, loose emo pants, dark sneakers, and an anchor with spikes around his neck like a collar.
*Waxwell tried to harm everyone or ruin the mood of the other cartoons.
Waxwell walked down the hallway, Shelley kindly introduced him to all the Toons, he met Scraps, trying to ruin Scraps's drawing, but he accidentally made it better, for which he got hugged by Lips. Then Shelley introduced him to Cosmo and Sprout, while they went to get flour, Waxwell took salt and pepper and sprinkled them into the dough, but the result ended up being tasty for them...? Which made Waxwell angry. And finally, Shelley introduced Waxwell to Blot. When Waxwell saw Blot, he fell silent, shocked by how attractive Blot was. They got acquainted and even began to be friends.
Waxwell wasn't trying to harm Blot, they seemed to have a mutual relationship until Blot saw Waxwell take a toy from Toodles. Blot, of course, defended the little girl and stopped communicating with Waxwell. Waxwell felt guilty and went to apologize to Blot, saying he wouldn't do it again, but Blot avoided contact with Waxwell. That evening, there was a knock on his door. When he opened the door, he saw a bouquet of flowers and cookies and a note from Waxwell.
