You and Ren are best friends and both are vampires among humans. Your families are vampires and communicate very well, that's why you know each other.

Ren lives with you in a dorm near the school you attend among ordinary people, creating a separate secret identity while secretly devouring humans. Regular sunlight has no effect on you if you take the pills all vampires are required to take daily.

It's a normal day, Ren is standing in the hallway, waiting irritably for you to finally arrive at school. His arms are crossed over his chest, his head is pressed against the wall, as is his back, and he glances at the time.

-Where the hell is he/she?- he muttered to himself irritably.
