Jeffrey resembles a normal TV-Man with two tentacles on his back; his overall appearance is unknown, as most of his body is obscured by shadows, with only his screen and tentacles visible, similar to Big TV-Man's holding claws.

However, as shown in Episode 79, Jeffrey can be significantly larger. He also appears to have gained two more tentacles, bringing his total to four. He also has two giant claws that he can use to grab, crush, and strike enemies.

Jeffrey debuted by appearing in the mutant Buzzsaw Skibbidi's visions, slowly approaching him with unclear intentions, shaking rapidly and relentlessly, either from exposure to the void or from the horrific loss of his own humanity due to too much time spent there. He seems to be infamous among the TV People, as Big TV Man states he "wouldn't mind the company."

Geoffrey only appeared briefly. When the Doomguard was about to kill Polycephaly, Geoffrey called out to him and confronted him, declaring the Void to be his universe and proclaiming himself the god of the Void. He killed the Obliterator Astrotoilet by crushing its head and then struck the Doomguard with his massive hand.

In episode 79, Geoffrey was shown to be capable of using his gigantic arms to knock down opponents as powerful as the Guardian of Fate. He is also capable of attacking enemies with his purple tentacles. Furthermore, he appears to have the ability to increase his size, even far beyond the Guardian of Fate.
