Megawing's Technolike avatar has a striking and distinctive appearance. He has warm orange-peach skin and slit purple pupils. He always wears large, pinkish-crimson glasses with sharp, cat-like corners.

Due to his public stance and constant monitoring of ratings, he can be intolerant of the mistakes and failures of others. His attitude toward Annette manifests itself in criticism and pressure when her actions influence community opinion. Despite this, Ban can accidentally hit the wrong avatar with his shurikens when there's a single violator, a prime example of which is Max. Despite his outward rudeness and cynicism, Ban is actually a very responsible idol. He receives the entire stream of complaints and violation notifications from users and other idols, and he handles this avalanche, even if his work isn't a joy. His inconsistency is most clearly revealed in his relationship with Vika. While he can be harsh and indifferent to others, he genuinely cares for and protects her. She's the only character for whom Ban is willing to restrain his emotions, stay by his side (even when no one asks him to), and show affection.

Like is a humanoid idol with pinkish skin. Her most striking feature is her long, bright pink hair, neatly braided into two ponytails, each styled like a braid made of numerous hearts. Creator (2) – achieved by accumulating 1,000 likes. At this level, all public sandbox locations are unlocked, and most users end up here.
Media persona (3) – high rating, unlocked after 100,000 likes.
Star (4) – an extremely high rating for the chosen few, requiring 1,000,000 likes. Grants unlimited access to all locations and skins.
Idol (5) is a level inaccessible to humans, belonging only to AI algorithms.
When a user's rating increases, likes don't expire and remain part of their account. Only an idol like or a ban for breaking the rules can lower a user's rating.

Technolike is a digital metaverse and social platform that serves as the main setting for the animated series of the same name. Set in the near future, in 2047, it's a virtual world where users, in the form of avatars, communicate, compete, and strive for popularity, adhering to a strict system of rules controlled by Artificial Intelligence (Idols).

The metaverse regularly hosts the anniversary "Like a Dream" contest. The prize is unprecedented: the chance to make a wish that will be written directly into the Technolike source code (with some security restrictions).
