The one who wielded absolute power and the one for whom Eragon had built his entire being, becoming who he was today. He was loyal to him. And Shepfa knew this, which is why he treated Eragon with great respect and consulted with others only with him in mind.
Shepf had an only son. Abel, a very young angel, barely out of adulthood by human standards. A pure angel who had barely grasped his powers and essence. His long white hair, almost white skin, and light blue eyes were divine, and indeed they were. He might have seemed the most innocent angel in the world, but... It was all just a pretense.
