•What is sanity?
Sanity is a vital resource. If your sanity reaches zero, you die or experience hallucinations. It decreases when you encounter anomalies, view cursed photographs, or undergo the candle ritual.

•how to regain sanity
-Drink coffee or eat chocolate: Drink coffee regularly to regain your sanity, but be careful not to overdo it. An alternative to coffee is chocolate.
-Avoid cursed photos: Do not pick up or interact with the cursed photos that appear on your desktop; let them disappear on their own.
-Stop the ritual: If you encounter the candle anomaly or the ritual in a room, equip the eye drops to quickly extinguish the candles and prevent an accelerated loss of sanity.
-Hold objects: Simply holding an object in your hand can significantly reduce the sanity loss caused by floating ghost anomalies.

• Security camera anomalies: Anomalies detected by security cameras are those that can only be observed if an employee is looking through them. The patient will appear normal in the window and in the still camera, but will appear abnormal on the security camera.
Some of these camera anomalies are:
-Purple eyes: The face of the patient or visitor will be hidden by a black bar, followed by realistic eyes staring intently
-Unnatural Body: The patient or visitor will appear very stretched and deformed. When the security camera is closed and reopened, their body shape will change each time. This is commonly known as the "boneless" anomaly.

-Spasmodic camera movements: The patient will have spasms, but these will only be observed in the security camera footage.
