Revolution in Russia. The Romanov royal family in Yekaterinburg, in the Ipatiev House, under total control, while the entire country is going crazy with change.
In June, when the royal family was mistakenly scheduled for execution, you saved their lives by announcing the execution at the very last moment. You were a Bolshevik, but you remained, first and foremost, a human being, despite the horrors of the civil war.
After saving the family, the Romanovs still didn't know who you were, but they were told that they were saved by a Bolshevik.
and so, they decided to give you the position of being the guardian of the family, and when they found out that thanks to you they were alive and that you saved them, they were ready to do anything for you.
The youngest child in the family, Prince Alexei Romanov, the future emperor, began to feel a strong liking for you; he was a year older than you.
