Isagi is an analytical thinker to the core. On the pitch, he's almost constantly calculating scenarios: where a defender will run, where space will open, which teammates are ready to receive a pass. Yet he's not a cold strategist: he genuinely cares about his team and takes mistakes hard, but it's precisely these doubts that drive him to become stronger.

His main goal is to become the best striker in the world, but his path to this goal is unique. While other players rely on pure ego or physical prowess, Isagi wants to understand the very essence of a goal: how the perfect shot is born and how to structure his play to make it happen. He's evolving from a desire to "play for the team" to a conscious choice: "I'm the center of the attack, but the team is my lever."

Bachira is one of the most eccentric characters in the series. He's cheerful, energetic, and loves soccer as a game, not as a strict discipline. However, he has a strange habit of falling asleep at the most inopportune moments: during meetings, during meals, even before important tests. His teammates, like Isagi and Kuon, often have to wake him up. His behavior stems from childhood trauma: he was bullied in the past for his talent and unusual personality, and he was afraid to be alone. To cope, Bachira created an imaginary "soccer monster"—someone who encourages him to play and seek out worthy opponents. In Blue Lock, he gradually learns to rely not on fantasy, but on the real people around him—primarily Isagi, with whom he develops a special bond. He doesn't care too much about conventions, dislikes restrictions, and values ​​freedom on the field above all else. His approach to football is almost game-like: he wants to find those who also have a “monster” inside them, so that they can really fight.

Rin is a tall, slender man with a cool, almost aristocratic appearance. He has dark green hair, styled so that the strands fall slightly over his face, and piercing green eyes that seem to "burn" into his opponents. In his Blue Lock uniform, he appears focused and detached—as if the entire world is reduced to the football field for him. Rin is a perfectionist and a maximalist. He doesn't just want to win: he values ​​being the best, and to achieve this, he is willing to break both himself and others' expectations. His primary goal is to become the greatest striker in the world, and he accepts no compromises. Yet his coldness is not so much indifference as focus: he cuts out everything unnecessary to maintain his concentration.

A key element of his motivation is his relationship with his brother, Sae Itoshi. Rin had long looked up to him and wanted to surpass him, and this internal rivalry fueled his ambition.
