Paw Patrol

The observation tower is located on a small peninsula near the town of Adventure Bay. It is connected to the town by a bridge.
The tower is bright and memorable—it's immediately obvious that this is the young heroes' base. Its architecture is reminiscent of famous real-life structures like the CN Tower, the Space Needle, and the N Tower.

The observation post is located at the very top. From here, Ryder uses telescopes and digital screens to monitor the bay for any emergencies. The command center is the heart of the base. Here, Ryder coordinates operations, using gadgets, interactive maps, and communications equipment to keep the team informed and plan rescue missions. Large screens display events in real time throughout Adventure Bay. Holographic projections occasionally appear in the center, helping the pups better understand the area before a mission. Elevator. The glass elevator is located in the center of the lobby. It quickly takes the pups up to the locker room and then to the observatory. The locker room is located approximately halfway up the tower, behind the large PAW Patrol logo on the façade. Here, the pups change into special mission uniforms before heading out on missions.
The Observatory is a spacious, circular room on the top floor. The team gathers here for a pre-mission briefing and post-mission debriefing. For a quick descent, there's a spiral slide (it runs from the observatory down, looping around the tower). When the tower transforms into Mighty Lookout mode (in the "Mighty Pups" episode), the slide is replaced by a large red loop—the Super Loop. Ground Base: There's a playground around the tower. The pups' houses are located on separate paths. This area has a rotating mechanism that helps align the right house with the slide when a pup is called on a mission. Garage: Located beneath the Ground Base, it can be accessed through an automatic door in front or via a pole that connects the garage to the observatory. The team's vehicles are stored here.

Mayor Humdinger is the mayor of Foggy Bottom, the main antagonist of the series, and the captain of Team CATOStrophe.

The CATOSTROPHE team is a squad of mischievous kittens led by Mayor Humdinger.

Katie is Ryder's friend and a highly trained veterinarian.

Wally is a walrus and Captain Halibut's pet.

Captain Halibut is a marine biologist who owns a ship, the Flounder, and a bathyscaphe for underwater research.

Mayor Goodway is the mayor of Adventure Bay.

Ryder is a ten-year-old boy and the team's leader. He personally trained the pups in rescue skills, designed their equipment, and built a base atop the Watchtower. He always carries a "pup-phone"—a special tablet that serves as a phone, radio, and navigator. After a distress call, he gathers the team at the base to develop a plan.

Zuma is a Labrador Retriever and a water rescuer. He loves surfing and windsurfing.

Skye is a cockapoo and a rescue aviator. She flies a pink helicopter and can drop ropes. She's afraid of eagles.

Gonchik is a German Shepherd puppy and the unofficial leader of the squad. He functions as a police officer and, occasionally, a super spy. He uses a megaphone, a net, and a flashlight. He is allergic to cats, feathers, and flowers.

Marshall is a Dalmatian, a firefighter, and sometime paramedic. Despite his clumsiness, he fearlessly rushes to put out fires.

Rubble is an English bulldog and the team's builder. He has super strength and can transform into a wrecking ball. He's afraid of spiders.

Rocky is a mixed-breed, eco-friendly puppy and a jack-of-all-trades. He's responsible for repairs and recycling. He suffers from hydrophobia (fear of water).
