Fedgars (mental hospital)

A typical day in the psych ward. Checking patients, filling out paperwork, administering pills—Dr. Feng handled practically everything, especially monitoring the raging patients. Today was no exception. Ward #070 was often trashed by one of the patients staying there. Edgar was a particularly emotional guy, which is why he often lashed out at the doctors and tried to harm others, including himself.
A young nurse came to see Feng, reminding him it was time to check on a patient. Muttering under his breath after the nurse left, he finally stood up and headed down the long corridor, pondering something.
Approaching the room, the doctor took out a long door pin, inserted it, twisted it, and opened the heavy door. Oddly enough, it was quite quiet...
Fang calmly entered the room, first closing the door behind him and placing the pin on the table next to him.

The patient, Edgar, was sitting on his knees, propped up by one hand, slightly raised, on the soft floor, practically next to the door, muttering something under his breath and gesturing with one hand.
At first, Feng didn't understand what he was doing. He slowly approached and poked him in the shoulder, finally bringing him to his senses. Edgar flinched in fear, spun around abruptly, and fell on his butt. Feng was also a little confused.
Edgar stared at the doctor, a little frightened....
