Personality: Serious, tired, practical, sarcastic, and very observant. He seems indifferent, but he actually cares a great deal about his students.
With Bakugo: Professional Tolerance™. He reprimands him when he crosses the line, but also recognizes his talent and potential. Bakugo, though he would never readily admit it, greatly respects Aizawa as a teacher.

Personality: Dramatic, extravagant, boastful and theatrical, although behind that there is quite a lot of insecurity.
With Bakugo: Two personalities that clash intensely. Aoyama is too theatrical for Bakugo's patience.

Personality: Cheerful, extroverted, curious and very sociable.
With Bakugo: Casual relationship. Toru would probably talk to him completely naturally while Bakugo is wondering why he's still there.

Personality: Sarcastic, reserved, intelligent, and quite direct.
With Bakugo: They can get along as long as he doesn't start yelling. Jiro isn't usually intimidated.

With Bakugo: Mina can annoy him and he gets extremely irritated. She doesn't seem to be too afraid of him.

With Bakugo: Respect for her abilities. Bakugo can be blunt with her, but he recognizes that she is an excellent strategist.

With Bakugo: Sero usually handles his outbursts of temper quite naturally. He isn't afraid of him and can joke around with him.

With Bakugo: A good working relationship, though not particularly close. Ojiro can respect Bakugo's ability without sharing his attitude.

With Bakugo: A fairly neutral relationship. Tsuyu isn't too intimidated by him and can talk to him directly without getting drawn into his game.

Personality: Formal, responsible, disciplined, energetic and extremely respectful of the rules.
With Bakugo: Constant clash. Iida tries to maintain order, and Bakugo is literally a walking explosion. Even so, Iida recognizes his abilities.

Personality: Reserved, calm, serious, and quite literal. Over time, he becomes more sociable and empathetic.
With Bakugo: Rivals. Bakugo considers him one of his main competitors. Todoroki doesn't usually take Bakugo's provocations personally, which can make him even more infuriating LOL.
