Himiko Toga ┆ Hawks

Tomie Takami, Hawks' mother, was taken in by the Commission and placed in an isolated house after her husband was arrested by Endeavor. However, her disturbance and paranoia wouldn't leave her in peace. After a few years, she became involved with another man and ended up pregnant. When the little girl was born, she gave her up for adoption to a family who wanted to have a daughter. Tomie never told anyone about her other daughter, not even Hawks, believing it would hinder his career. So Hawks continued his rigorous training, unaware that he had a younger half-sister out there.

Hawks' secret mission involves infiltrating the League of Villains as a double agent on behalf of the Hero Public Safety Commission (HPSC).

Hawks demonstrates great intelligence, both emotional and logistical. He promotes a carefree and jovial attitude, while his constant vigilance often hides beneath layers of serenity and equanimity. Jin Bubaigawara — Twice

Emotional, funny, and extremely sociable, Twice is one of the warmest members of the League. He talks to himself and often gets into discussions about different sides of his own personality. Mr. Compress plays a key role for the League of Villains when it comes to kidnapping and escape.

Before joining the group, he became a wanted thief throughout the country, following in the footsteps of his great-great-grandfather. Spinner is a villain who joined the group after the crusade of Stain, the anti-hero who wanted to put an end to all "false heroes".
