O.D. — They maintain order in Dreamcore. They catch anomalies, or rather criminals (if such daredevils appear). They call each other by their callsigns, but sometimes Torch will call Wing and Storm by their names, but gets hit on the head for it.

Torch - 18 years old, real name Anthony, surname Brighter. (But prefers to be called Tony.) His face is completely hidden by a large daisy-shaped mask. Short, slightly tousled red hair, a small decoration in the form of a green twig with leaves is visible on the side. Practical and closed suit.
