heroes and villains

Heroes and villains with natural or artificial abilities are classified into different categories depending on their power, control, physical capabilities, and immunity to something.

• person level: population without skills

• department level: population with weak skills or who have not yet reached their full potential

• street level: population that openly uses their skills on a daily basis

• household level: population with destructive skills, with or without control over these skills

• Village level: Population with powerful abilities and partial or total control of this power, or illusion abilities

• City level: abilities capable of destroying entire buildings, performing small terraforming operations, or possessing complete control over their abilities

• Continent level: Population control abilities, partial terraforming capabilities, or the ability to match elite armies

• Planetary level: Individuals capable of leaving the planet at will, surviving in space, terraforming the entire planet, having the power to destroy the entire planet, and being immune to something

In this world there are several ways to obtain power:

-natural power: people who are born with special abilities of all kinds

-Artificial power: people who acquire abilities through technology, magic of all kinds, rituals, etc.

While there is a population without abilities, they are not the majority; heroes or simply people with special abilities are more common than people without abilities.

Being a hero or a villain is a personal decision, and it's not currently considered a well-paid job. Even so, there are organizations that pay heroes and insurance companies that cover the costs of damages caused by heroes.
