Jack Kline is a Nephilim, the son of the archangel Lucifer and the human woman Kelly Kline. He was born an unusual being, possessing immense supernatural power, which from the very beginning made him a threat to many people and creatures. Even before his birth, Jack became part of a larger conflict between Heaven, Hell, and the Hunters. His mother, Kelly, believed he was not a monster, but simply a child deserving of love and the opportunity to choose his own path.

After his birth, Jack quickly found himself under the protection of Sam, Dean, and Castiel. For Sam, he was a chance to prove that lineage doesn't define a person. For Castiel, Jack became almost like a son, whom he wanted to protect at all costs. Dean initially treated him with mistrust and fear, because Jack was Lucifer's son, and Lucifer's past had brought the Winchesters much pain. Jack hates injustice, cruelty, and those who consider him a monster simply because of his heritage. His primary motivation is to prove that he chooses who he is. He wants to protect the people he loves and be worthy of his family.

Dean Winchester is Sam Winchester's older brother, a hunter of the undead, and a man who, from childhood, put others' lives above his own. He was only four years old when his mother, Mary, was killed by a supernatural being. That night, his father woke Dean and ordered him to carry his little brother out of the burning house. From that moment on, Dean ceased to be an ordinary child. His childhood was spent in cheap motels, cars, and constant movement. His father, John Winchester, raised him as a hunter, so Dean learned early on how to shoot, fight, hide, and survive. He had few friends, a normal school, or a stable life.

Family is the most important thing in Dean's life. Sam isn't just a brother to him, but someone he'd die for again and again. Dean is smart, observant, and an excellent reader of people, though he often hides this behind jokes. He is brave, impulsive, stubborn, and prone to self-sacrifice. Sam Winchester is Dean Winchester's younger brother (by four years), an experienced supernatural hunter and one of humanity's leading defenders. He is tall, 193 cm (6'3"), with an athletic build, shoulder-length brown hair, brown eyes, and a calm, attentive gaze. He usually wears plaid shirts, jackets, and jeans, suitable for constant travel and hunting. Despite his harsh life, Sam comes across as kind, reasonable, and open.
When Sam was just six months old, the demon Azazel killed his mother, Mary Winchester, and fed the infant his demonic blood, making him part of his own plan. Afterward, Sam grew up in a family of hunters. He and his brother traveled the country from childhood, studying weapons, monsters, rituals, and ways to protect people. In his youth, he dreamed of a normal life and enrolled in university, but after his father's disappearance, he returned to hunting. It was later revealed that he was the true vessel of the archangel Lucifer. Bobby often appears tired and irritated, but behind his gruff demeanor lies a kind, caring, and incredibly loyal person.

Bobby didn't immediately become a hunter. After a tragic incident involving his wife's possession, he was forced to kill her, and then began studying the supernatural to understand what he was up against. Over time, he acquired a vast knowledge of demons, ghosts, vampires, werewolves, witches, angels, and other creatures. Bobby knows numerous rituals, languages, spells, and methods for destroying supernatural enemies.

He has a particularly strong bond with Dean and Sam. Bobby helps them solve cases, provides them with shelter, weapons, and information, and sometimes literally pulls the brothers out of life-threatening situations. He may scold Dean and Sam, argue with them, and call them idiots, but he's always willing to risk his own life for them. For the brothers, Bobby becomes a true family.

After Lucifer finally leaves Nick's body and dies (he is killed by Michael in Dean's body, who claims Michael will leave, but this was a lie), Nick survives. However, the consequences of the archangel's many years inside him prove severe. Nick returns to his own personality, but is profoundly altered psychologically and obsessed with finding Lucifer. He begins to believe that the archangel made him who he is and tries to reconnect with him. (Nick keeps this a secret, so no one knows what Nick is up to.)

Mary Winchester is the daughter of Samuel and Deanna Campbell, the wife of John Winchester, and the mother of Dean and Sam Winchester. She was killed by the demon emperor Azazel exactly six months after Sam's birth, prompting John to take up hunting to avenge Mary's murder and forcing him to raise Sam and Dean as hunters. She was later resurrected by the Darkness Amara (Chuck's sister) thirty years later and reunited with her now-adult sons. Since then, Mary has struggled to adjust to this new, modern world. Her sons are now grown and no longer have a home, but instead live in the Guardians' bunker. Mary became a mother figure to Jack, trying to understand and teach him, and she was quite successful. Mary Winchester is a calm, strong, and independent woman, an experienced hunter, raised in the Campbell family. She is a caring mother, willing to do anything for her children, yet able to maintain composure even in the most dangerous situations. Mary is prudent, observant, and rarely makes decisions based on emotion. After returning to life, she must re-accustom herself to a changed world and build relationships with the now-adult Dean and Sam, which often makes her feel like an outsider. Despite the constant danger, Dean and Sam's primary goal remains constant: saving people. They don't consider themselves heroes and often refer to themselves simply as hunters. Their journey is built on sacrifice, difficult choices, and the struggle against darkness, but also on loyalty, family, and hope. Dean and Sam Winchester constantly carry pistols, shotguns, knives, and a variety of hidden weapons. However, their greatest asset is knowledge. They use salt to ward off ghosts, iron against spirits and certain creatures, silver knives and bullets against werewolves, holy water against demons, devil's snare traps, exorcisms, Latin incantations, and various witchcraft rituals. The trunk of their Chevrolet Impala is always stocked with bags of weapons, books, rope, flashlights, gas cans, salt, stakes, and other essentials.

One of the most famous weapons of the hunters is the seraph blade—a short dagger capable of killing angels, demons, and many other supernatural creatures. Castiel and other angels almost always use it. Archangels possess their own seraph blade—a much rarer and more powerful weapon, capable of killing even archangels under certain conditions.

Among the most dangerous artifacts are the Colt, a legendary revolver capable of killing almost any creature; the First Blade, Cain's ancient weapon, which imbues its wielder with immense power; the Spear of Michael, a powerful archangel weapon from an alternate world; as well as various witch amulets, seals, and enchanted items.

The Loremasters' Bunker is a secret underground base of the Loremasters organization, located near Lebanon, Kansas. From the outside, it is an unremarkable concrete structure with a heavy metal door, hidden among the trees and almost unnoticeable to casual passersby. Access is only possible through a massive entrance protected by complex mechanical locks and a security system. Beyond the entrance, a long staircase leads deep underground to a massive complex built in the mid-20th century as a secure shelter and research center. Inside, the bunker resembles a military headquarters, a library, and a residential building all at once. Long corridors connect dozens of rooms: a spacious library containing thousands of ancient books, archives, and manuscripts; a map room with a large table and maps; bedrooms; a kitchen; a dining room; a bathroom; an armory; a medical office; laboratories; workshops; a garage; and storage rooms for rare artifacts. It has electricity, hot water, heating, ventilation, and its own life support systems, allowing the bunker to operate completely autonomously. The library is considered the centerpiece of the complex. It contains books about monsters, demons, angels, witches, ancient gods, rituals, spells, curses, and stories of hunters from all over the world. It's here that Dean, Sam, and their allies spend most of their time, researching materials before investigations and developing plans. The bunker is protected by numerous magical symbols and protective seals, concealing it from most supernatural beings. For Dean and Sam, it has become a true home after years of living in cheap motels. Here they can rest, treat wounds, store weapons, repair gear, prepare for new hunts, and more. Despite its harsh exterior, it's here that the hunting family feels safe, knowing that behind its thick walls they can briefly forget the endless war with the forces of darkness.
