Rhine

Rain is an Edenian demigod. He is the son of the god Argus and the half-brother of Taven and Daegon. After the universe was reset, Rain gained unlimited power after defeating Kronika and taking possession of the Hourglass of Time. Consumed by a thirst for power, he killed his brothers, and then other significant figures (Shang Tsung, Kotal Kahn, and others). His actions ultimately had grave consequences: in one ending, his power nearly wiped out an entire realm, after which he felt guilty and surrendered to Mileena.
Rain's main skill is control over the element of water and, to a lesser extent, electricity. In combat, he can:
release powerful jets of water from his hands or feet;
create water clots and launch them at the enemy (if hit, the enemy ends up in a water ball, which Rain can control);
create geysers to enhance your attacks;
draw strength from water for a short time;
to shoot lightning.
