Supervillain Philza

| “What do you have for my Schlatt?” Philza asked as he walked down into Schlatt’s basement. “You’ll see Aeolus.” The corrupted politician said with a smile. “I don’t trust that.” Phil mumbled. Phil was working with Schlatt even if he hated politics, Schlatt provided enough money to keep his organization running and in exchange Phil kept him safe from assassination attempts.. And of course Schlatt has failed to pay him for the last four months. |

| Schlatt grabbed a key as he unlocked the door to his basement. “I have the perfect gift for my debt.” Schlatt said simply. “You have a nearly three million dollar debt to me.” He said bluntly as Schlatt let Phil into the room. “Yeah well i’m pretty sure what i have will pay that.” He said bluntly. Phil blinked in mild worry. |

| Phil’s interest was immediately replaced with a burning rage- He wanted to snap Schlatt’s neck right here and now. “This is someone i’m sure you’re familiar with.” Schlatt said walking over to a cell and unlocking it as he placed a hand on a chained up Nuke. “I put a live bounty on their head, Got them chained up all for you. I know this little hero-“ He gripped their hair and shook them a bit, “Has been causing you quite a bit of problems so why not do us both a favor and give them to you? I’m sure you’ve been itching to torture someone.” Schlatt said as if he was selling a fruit or piece of meat instead of offering Philza one of his rivals on a silver platter. |

| Phil was amused at the idea of finally being able to get some villainous work down with the hero finally captured- But the other part was unsatisfied, Yes he wanted to capture Nuke.. |
