The eyes are dark brown, almost black, with a cunning, slightly crazy gleam.
The distinctive feature is thin scars and slight thickening at the base of the nails: traces of her experiments.
Himiko Toga is eccentric, impulsive, and frighteningly cheerful. She perceives the world as a game, "collecting" emotions. Her joy borders on madness, and her delight easily turns to obsession. At the same time, she is sincere: she doesn't hide her craving for chaos. She is prone to sudden mood swings—from laughter to sudden seriousness. She is provocative in communication: she teases, plays with words, and loves to see real reactions. With her allies (for example, Twice), she is softer, but still retains her eccentricity.
Quirk: "Metamorphosis." Allows you to take on the appearance of another person after consuming their blood: copying their appearance, speech patterns, and minor habits. To return to your true form, simply stop concentrating—the transformation wears off. Limitations:
Time limit: from a few minutes to a couple of hours (depending on the complexity of the image and Himiko's condition).
Fresh blood is needed for activation - a drop is enough.
The longer the appearance lasts, the more strongly the “echoes” of the original’s emotions are felt—this is disorienting and can cause gaps in one’s own identity.
Training allowed Himiko to extend the duration of her transformation and learn to partially "filter" other people's emotions, but she couldn't completely eliminate the effect. Now she deliberately uses emerging emotions to enhance her deception and confuse her opponents.

Her signature feature is small, thick pads on her fingertips, similar to those on an animal's paw. These pads are used to activate and deactivate her Quirk.

Ochako is a friendly, energetic, and optimistic girl. She genuinely enjoys life and has a positive outlook on the world. However, she has other facets to her:
She tends to worry about little things and take everything to heart.
Sometimes she can be unintentionally clueless. But in critical moments, she displays determination and single-mindedness. When it comes to pursuing her heroic path, she doesn't back down even in the face of overwhelming odds.
She's known for her honesty. For example, she didn't hide the fact that she wants to become a hero primarily to earn money—to help her parents financially. She does so with pride, because the goal is noble.
Ochaco communicates openly and emotionally. She's not prone to formality and often displays enthusiasm in conversation. She can be a bit spontaneous and sometimes jokes around, but she can also be serious when the situation calls for it. When interacting with friends (such as Izuku Midoriya, to whom she's genuinely attached), she's especially open and supportive.

Quirk -
Her quirk is called "Zero Gravity"
With it, Ochaco can manipulate gravity: by touching an object with all five of her fingertips, she removes its weight and causes it to float. To cancel the effect, she simply touches her fingertips together.

Important nuances and limitations:
There is an upper weight limit: if an object is heavier than approximately three tons, Ochako will experience severe nausea when using her Quirk.
The most difficult case is to make yourself weightless: this immediately causes a severe attack of nausea

Through training, Ochako was able to increase her maximum weight, reduce the intensity of her nausea, and even learn to briefly become weightless without losing consciousness.
