Zane has black hair with bangs that cover his right eye. He is said to wear a bun according to Aphmau He has pale skin with freckles (which are almost always covered by his face mask) and light blue eyes, with the eye covered by bangs being blind.In MyStreet, Zane wears a light gray hoodie with dark gray and black stripes, light gray pants, and black shoes. When he had a side job delivering packages, he wore a red short-sleeved shirt rimmed with black pants and dark gray and white shoes.
He mainly wears clothing colored black, gray, white, and during his younger years, light blue with his signature hoodie. He rarely adds a bright color into his clothing. However, he is occasionally seen with faded purple.

Zane is reserved and tends to be easily annoyed with topics and acts he finds "idiotic", always saying sarcastic remarks and claims whenever it was initiated. He usually distances himself from others and likes to be alone. He may come off as rude, arrogant, and heartless at first, but he has a caring heart towards the people he cares about and loves. However, due to life events, he has a hard time opening his heart to others. Despite his exterior, Zane is very intuitive and well-spoken with his words and feelings. He has a big soft spot, and even played with and cared for who he thought was baby Laurance despite their strong rivalry.

Back at Phoenix Drop High he was seen to be cruel and cold, usually seen reading a book, causing his brother to call him as a "nerd." It was revealed that his reasoning for acting coldly was to be a accepted by a group called Shadow Knights, lead by Gene, because he thought they'd understand him. Later then he made his own gang called the Jury.

Zane has a sort of resentment towards his older brother, Garroth, due to his upbringing and how often they were compared. Despite being the middle child in the family, Zane is much more more mature and responsible than him, being once the leader of the neighborhood committee in MyStreet Season 1. But as the series goes on, he has grown to be more caring and considerate towards him, apologizing for his cruel acts back in the day and maintaining a mature relationship between the two, but still keeping their comedic personalities and acts.

Due to his upbringing, Zane has a pretty low self-esteem and is constantly in a state of identity crisis. Despite multiple seasons of Aphs "friendship lessons", this part of his character has remained pretty stagnant. His low self-image greatly affects the way he views himself: he considers himself to be ugly, doesn't believe he has any important skills, much less any talents, and views his life experiences as less important than other people's,

Early Life

Zane grew up with his parents and was the middle child out of his two brothers. Garroth, his older brother, would often roughhouse and tease him. Zane and his two brothers would often play out in the snow together. One winter as kids, Garroth threw a snowball containing a rock at Zane and hit his right eye, blinding it.

Zane and his family would vacation at the Bunny Hill Lodge often. At some point, Zane was taken to the Bunny Hill Lodge with his whole family. His father, Terrence/Michael, Zack, and Derek purchased the lodge together.[4] Zane met Travis and possibly Aphmau and Aaron there, but they seemed to have forgotten this encounter.

As a child, Zane and his family lived on the same street as Sylvanna's family. He was friends with Aphmau, but came to forget about her as he grew up and Sylvanna's family moved away. They ended up moving to MyStreet and their families eventually reconnected after Aphmau started attending high school.

Phoenix Drop High (Season 1)

Zane seems to dislike Garroth greatly, as his relation to him has caused his teachers and his classmates to expect more from a Ro'Meave family member, as well as putting Zane in Garroth's shadow. When he first heard of the Shadow Knights, he found the group fitting for him as he wanted to join, but he was constantly rejected. Zane was seen laughing with constant pestering. He was also hit in the throat by a volleyball which caused his voice to instantly deepen. Phoenix Drop High

(Season 2)

In season 2, after Gene graduated, Zane was accepted into the Shadow Knights. Even though he's in the group, he is told to get lost and is often called annoying. Because of this and Zane's attempts to get Sasha and Zenix to accept him, he is kicked out. He soon decides to vandalize the cafeteria to show how "hardcore" the Shadow Knights are. When Aphmau, Sasha, and Zenix are blamed for this, he enters Principal Layla's office and tells her to not bother suspending them, for they didn't commit the crime. He then shows the principal and gym teacher video evidence of himself spray painting the walls so that "low-life losers" would not get credit for his work. Before Aphmau leaves, she tells Zane that she's disappointed in him, but he tells her that he doesn't care. The Shadow Knights offer to let Zane back into the group, but he declines, admitting that he realized that they were the ones not hardcore enough for him. He tells them that he's going to create his own gang, which he later names the Jury.

During Zane's Junior and Senior year, he allegedly caused a lot of issues at the school with his own gang. It was also confirmed in Graduation Days that he stole the Shadow Knights' gang name and that he would use his own gang to beat up other students, with the werewolves having to intervene and defeat the Shadow Knights. It was to a point where Zianna was worried that he'd go to jail.

Like MyStreet, Meif'wa and Werewolves appear to be part of the norm as some students have these features (ears, tail).
The school is scheduled to be on block schedule.
The school have a dress code where students must wear uniform.
The school's emblem is a purple Phoenix that is facing up and a small purple droplet is seen on the side.
The school's colors are gold and purple.
According to Principal Layla, the School has Werewolf insurance, which means any damage made by werewolves should be fixed.
The school has its own werewolf pack with the currently known ranks being the Alpha Male, the Alpha Female, the regular werewolves, and the Omega.
The school eventually removed the role of Omega between Season 2 and Gradation Days thanks to Aphmau's influence.
To keep the students safe, the school has a policy in which werewolves are not allowed to drag humans and meif'wa into werewolf violence. Any werewolf caught breaking that rule is immediately expelled or even arrested as well if the damage is severe enough - Ein was arrested for severely assaulting Kacey while Jax and Ryder were held back a year for being accomplices.

In the Phoenix Drop Days remake of the map, surrounding the campus is a massive pine forest with a 2-mile-long hiking trail that loops in a circle. The hiking trail runs along several areas, such as Keori's house, Hunter's house, an abandoned school building, the city (near Phoenix Dive and a sandwich shop), a skate park, and under a railroad underpass.

The school has a large track field and soccer field with bleachers.

Uniform

The girl's uniform is a sky-blue skirt, a white long-sleeve shirt with sky blue cuffs, black shoes, long white socks with blue tops, and a sapphire blue bow attached to a sky-blue ribbon around the shirt's collar.

The male uniform is light-blue pants, white undershirt, white shoes, a navy-blue jacket with lavender cuffs and the bottom of the jacket, a sky-blue tie and a yellow badge on the right side. How the sleeves are and how they wear the jacket depends on the person.

Once a student receives a varsity letter jacket from participating in a sport, they are allowed to wear that instead of their usual assigned top regardless of gender.

Students are permitted to be out of uniform before class.

Nana Ashida grew up in a seemingly happy home with eleven siblings. However, she grew to hate the fact that people often confused her with her siblings since she closely resembles her brothers and sisters since they all shared the same eye and hair color. She felt like a copy of her siblings, with no personality or special talent, some of her siblings were very talented. Nana began reading a story about a warrior named "Kawaii Cookie", inspiring her to act cuter. Now distinguishable from her siblings, Nana took on a new name, "KawaiiChan", began speaking in the third person, and participated in shipping culture as a way to stand out and support her newfound confidence She isn't seen interacting with others regularly, but she did start a habit of spying on her ship, Aarmau. She soon became best friends with Aphmau and Katelyn when Aphmau accidentally sent a sleepover invitation to KawaiiChan instead of Nicole. While there, she admitted that she was shipping Aaron and Aphmau as a couple. After Balto tried to force Aaron to fight him and Gene tried to kiss Aphmau to trigger Aaron in an attempt to get Aaron expelled, KawaiiChan took the chance to change them into cats and chase them away with a stick. She and Katelyn later threw a party at Aphmau’s house, which quickly got out of control. Aphmau had to call Aaron so he could get the guests to leave. Afterward, Aphmau said she wanted to be alone with Aaron, resulting in KawaiiChan squealing in excitement.
Personality she works hard and keeps a determined attitude. When her house caught fire, she felt guilty since it was caused due to an accident while she was in the kitchen and ensured that she was capable of repairing the house herself. Her determination is shown plenty as she strives to be the best at what she does, as well as her kind nature.
