She wears a strict white blouse, a black skirt, a tie, and knee-length gloves. A strong, proud, and independent woman with feminist views. In everyday life, she is elegant and loves shopping, but at work, she is merciless to cowardice. Due to the specific nature of her power, she has a reputation as a sadist who enjoys frightening her colleagues, but behind this lies deep trauma and a sincere desire to protect others. Her rare gift is called "Don't Give Up Your Life, My Love" (in some translations, "You Will Not Die"). She is able to instantly heal any fatal wound. The most frightening detail: this ability only works when the patient is already on the threshold of death. If the injury is minor, Akiko must first "cut" the person to the desired state with a chainsaw or scalpel.
For the Lantern Festival, Akiko wears deep purple, wine, black, or navy blue fabric, which will contrast perfectly with her bob. A long traditional Japanese pipe (kiseru) is worn for the shot, or, for a more rugged look, a decorative, oversized medical cleaver, gracefully slung over the shoulder. Fine scarlet patterns, reminiscent of splashes or lines of blood, are etched along the edges of the sleeves. The obi belt should be jet black or a deep crimson. A white collar, slightly protruding from under the kimono, references her formal work shirt. Instead of traditional shoes, she wears black leather lace-up boots with heels (exactly the same as in her main canonical outfit). A wide leather corset can be used in place of a classic belt. A wide, contrasting belt in bright red, crimson, or gold. Large golden or white butterflies, flying from the bottom up along the hem and sleeves, symbolize her rare healing ability “Don’t give up your life, my love.”
